The food was really very good. We wanted to taste the local fish. We got it served in a great way with a lot sidedishes. The quality and safety of the food was high level. This is one of the best restaurants in Aqaba. Its a local place, and i'm sure the owner has never heard of tripadvisor. Its the exact type of place travelers should know about because its not in the typical guide books.

We were recommended to go here and we did. It was delicious. We each ordered the special which is a 1/4 chicken with fries and bread. We ordered the fatoush salad and a side order of garlic sauce. All I can say is it was amazing. The chicken was so flavourful and moist. We got medium hot and it was perfect. The service was impeccable. Iâm still craving this chicken. The bread is so good. Save room and go hungry. Itâs very reasonably priced and all the locals go here so you know itâs the place to be.

Went with friends as they were told was a nice fish restaurant. As a vegetarian I ordered the pasta, a mistake. The white sauce with mushrooms was a disaster. It was dry, stuck to the plate as it must have been sitting under the heat. I had asked for extra mushrooms and found 8 slices. Was not charged for the food but didnât eat anything after so my evening was not the best. The fish I was told was told was not the best either.Greetings from Captains Restaurant. During our stay in Aqaba we came to this restaurant twice... And there was a good reason for this . If you are looking for a place with original local food of high quality and reasonable prices, plus super friendly staff - Your Home is the place to go! We followed the suggestions of restaurant manager and ordered mixed starters and platters of mixed grill and casserole. Everything was very fresh and tasty! The casserole with Tahini topping was a hit!!! At the end we were served with aromatic local tea! Very nice evening among nice people! Recommend this place as the best food and atmosphere in Aqaba!!!

We dined here during our stay in the hotel during Eid and they were advertising a seafood dinner for couples.The platter itself was very well cooked and included three types of fish (Denise, sea bream and salmon), all of which were cooked brilliantly. Went to this restaurant after looking at the TripAdvisor reviews. They were accurate. Seating is outside. There is a wide selection of food and very reasonably priced. Food was cooked well and the portions were a good size. Staff were friendly and gave us complimentary mint tea which was a nice gesture. Make sure you check this place out if in Aqaba.

We looked this place up on TA and when we arrived the staff were all friendly, so we ordered an Arabic mixed grill that was great, and I wanted what looked like a portion of Prawns and Calamari but then 2 full blown dinners arrived that were all cold. They dont seem to understand us brits well here, they tried their best to appease with free tea and pudding but I went because the fish was supposed to be the best and I was disappointed. I would go back now I know how it works but my experience on this occasion was average.

Fresh and very tasty foodDiverse menu, available at the beach and sitting at a table. Ate the corn chicken salad, potato wedges, toy pasta, and chicken tampura and enjoyed every second!!! Kind owner named majed and very welcoming waiters. Truely recomend eating and enjoying a good meal :)

The resturant, the atmosphere, the food, the service, all amazing. They gave amazing suggestions and recommendations and explained everything in perfectly understandable details. Our waiter Anas was absolutely wonderful, friendly, funny and made for an all around wonderful experience. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be returning for more. And the food. Absolutely amazing, delicious, not a bad thing to say about any of it. All i seemed to do was keep eating and eating because it was all so good. Great wine choices. Definitely go for sharing plates.

This is by far the busiest place we saw, its cheap and very cheerful, food quality is high, fast service, and a decent portion for the price, seating is outside, only one downside is you cant get a beer, I had just bought some from a liquor store I asked if I could drink it and they point blank refused. No great loss, but the food in the evening heat would have gone a treat with an ice cold one. But the food is first class.
