We've been to some bad Taco Bell before but this one really takes the cake service is slow the food was horrible it didn't taste like Taco Bell normally taste, it's probably the worst tasting Taco Bell food I've ever had for Mexican food either for that matter the pizza my wife ordered wasn't crispy it was soggy junk stuck in between two tortillas this place is a mess don't waste your time this place needs to be closed down Pepsi Corp.you should be ashamed of yourself letting a restaurant like this exists the management there must be horrible.

Fresh chips, great salsa, good queso, hot and fresh entrees. Prices are about $6-10 for weekend lunch. Service wasn't very friendly, but was efficient enough. Enchilada sauce was outstanding.. Wish I could duplicate it at home. Would return if in the area again.

I was glad I went cheap with my purchase, getting only 2 tacos.Not much flavor. This was my impression. The meat was seasoned but was bland and the salsa was mild and also bland.The menu has options but not a whole lot. When I tried to look at the website, my phone gave me a security warning.My family ordered some of the other items and were all disappointed. I prefer Taco Bell (and I don't eat there often) Again though, if you prefer less seasoning in your tacos, you may like it. I do not plan to eat here again.

Met a client here for lunch at his suggestion. Said it was the best place to eat in Clinton. I ordered a cheeseburger at a Mexican food place, but had Mexican the day before so wanted something different. The cheeseburger was really pretty good. The tater tots were cooked great. Others that got mexican food all really enjoyed it. I'd go back.

Cara and I took the kids to Clinton so we decided on Mexican. I forgot that I had had this place before. The queso and salsa sucked, the fajita meat was dry and had little flavor. The kids had burritos and they said they were just okay. I said I wouldn't come here again, next time I will remember.

What Taqueria Fresnillo lacks in ambiance it more than makes up for in deliciousness. The restaurant is tiny and serves on paper plates. This must be because they've invested their energies in the food. Our family had a range of dishes, and all were satisfying. We'll be back next time we dine in Clinton.

Very accommodating waitstaff and cook. We arrived around 9:20ish and had the wife go inside to ask if grill was still open and was told the waitress said yes come in. Family went in and I had to ask the waitress again if it's okay and she reassured us it okay and was very considerate to us. She promptly brought out chips, salsa and cheese dip. Chips were crisp and seasoned as well, cheese dip was warm and very goooooood. My kids enjoyed the salsa, it was good but I could've have it hotter. Our meals arrived quickly and hot. Kids really enjoyed their kids meals and ate it all. I had the cheese enchiladas and rice, It's that of any other cheese enchiladas elsewhere and the red sauce was really good. Rice really moist and flavorful. Wife had beef flautas with rice and enjoyed them, especially the guacamole. The waitress was very pleasant with us; we told her to thank the cook as well. Hopefully our tip showed our appreciation. I would recommend stopping by while staying nearby or traveling through.

Family was in Clinton visiting the small water park and were happy to see a good Mexican restaurant in such a small town ! The restaurant had an authentic Mexican feel including the seating !The staff was very patient and understanding of our needs although they didnât speak much English ! The portions of the food, including kids portions were more than sufficient for each of us. Try to ask for additional spices on the side if you like your food spicy. They have a bar as well if you like any drinks.Definitely recommend and will visit the next time we are in Clinton !

Found this place while staying in Clinton overnight. Friendly greeting when we came in (be aware there are stairs to access) bright cheerful dining ares with murals, many colors, and an all around inviting atmosphere. Lots of families and children. All the food looked and appeared abundant and amazing. I had gorditas and my husband had a chimichanga smothered in green chili. Plates Included rice and the best refried beans ever included, and my plate included freshly made guacamole . Food took awhile to arrive but complementary chips and two dishes of salsa for each of us. Server very apologetic that food took awhile but it was obviously freshly prepared and worth the wait. We were too full for dessert...sadly...because they make sopapillas, a fav of ours. I'd love to return to this place if we come through Clinton again.
