I was taken for lunch by friends. In addition to A La Carte there were two fixed price menus which included an item from the specials board among the choices. I had fish soup (delicious!) followed by Hake with Lobster Sauce, which came beautifully presented with some potatoes and vegetables. The fish was cooked to perfection. My favourite profiteroles was on the desert menu but I chose to be adventurous and try the Lemon Mousse Sorbet with Limoncello (or Vodka). This came with a straw and a long spoon and was wonderful. The service was quick and English was spoken readily. We ate outside under umbrellas with the coastline spread before us. As I seldom eat out in the South of France it is difficult to compare with other venues for value but I felt that, for the location, it was excellent value for money. Fixed price menus were E39 and E49.

Following a dramatic experience at la Plage des sports we decided to try Le Cabanon after reading good reviews.It was absolutely fantastic !!! Everybody was so nice and helpful !I really think that this is the nicest beach around :)And the cherry on the top of the cake is the restaurant, just amazing !!!!Donât hesitate

We called on Friday afternoon to book the restaurant for Friday night, only to be told the restaurant was fully booked out, so we booked for Saturday instead. We returned on Saturday night and there were only 3 tables occupied during our visit. The food freshly cooked and the ingredients used were excellent. Service was friendly and efficient

Visited with family for an early evening dinner in July, we were warmly welcomed and enjoyed the location, menu choices and attentive staff.Plenty of people seemed to come here to eat and it was certainly a popular choice. It's right next to the beach so you can watch all the goings on there as well as enjoy a walk amongst the boats and also the town itself after dinner.Hi, thanks very much for your commentary , wee hope see you a next time .

You can always rely on consistent high quality food from this fine establishment. The lobster dishes are excellent. There is a broad range of seafood and meat dishes to chose from.The decor regrettably is very dated and is the only minus for this well located restaurant with a nice view over the corniche and port of La Napoule.

What a lovely meal. Went for the Menu de la Mer which was really pgood. Starters of St Jacques and Red Mullet, a wonderful main course of Turbot with sauce mousseline and a Grand Marnier Soffle which was to die for. Not cheap dining but the quality was superb. A nice wine list with a good selection of local and French wines. Again on the dear side. Meal as described 200 euro approx. Treat yourselves.

A friend recommended this restaurant to us and him being a foodie we took his advice and went. Off the bat they were hospitable with a smile that wasnât forced because they had to. Then the chef and sous-chef came over to welcome us which was wonderful. All smiles and a little chitchat.We decided to take the degustation menu of 6 courses. Well the food was amazing with lots of flavors and extremely generous portions. Every bite was savored and enjoyed immensely. Bite after bite the flavors just got better. The relaxed atmosphere of the place and the beautiful setting made the food even more enjoyable. The food is up there with the best that the Côte dâAzur has to offer. Nous sommes allés un midi avec une amie et nous pris la formule à 18â¬...l'entrée était originale avec tranches de bÅuf fines et mayonnaise au thon ...puis en plat principal j'ai pris un filet de saumon ( un peu gras pour moi mais il en faut pour tous les gouts) petites pommes de terre tandis que mon amie a pris de pates à l'espadon ( assiette plus que généreuse). Et pour finir, nous avons dégusté un excellent tiramisu. Le personnel est très gentil et le cadre sympa vu que maintenant felix faure est piéton !!!!
