Our friends brought us to this small but cozy place. It was really nice to have such a good variety of beers, proffesional service and delicious food. We tried different dishes, such us different types of homemade croquettes and vegetable crispy tempura, and it wasn't oily, what was really surprising for us, we haven't tried any like that one. They also had a wide variety of music, such as Mark Knopfler !!The owners were very friendly and the man could speak a little bit of english :) I will definitely recommend it !!Thank you very much Gabriela for valorating our sishes and music. It´s a pleasure for us to know that you have enjoyed your stay with us!!

Sublime starter main and dessert, all cooked in front of you in their bbq pit which is so professionally maintained. For couples it’s very romantic, for those of you who like the finer things in life it’s a must-visit: trust me.

Despite the fact that I'm Italian, I'm writing this review in English in order to make it as "international" as possible. As we stepped inside the place, we could tell from the smell that the pizza was good.Tonight we had a margherita pizza, the classic (and maybe the hardest to do) Italian pizza. The waitress convicted us to try bufala mozzarella. Actually, we were kind of skeptical about it, since it'very hard to eat a good bufala. Well, we can confirm that it was really good, way better than a lot of mozzarellas you can eat in Italy. The pizza was great, we would have NEVER expected to find such a "treasure" in Las Palmas. To split hairs, maybe the tomato sauce was just a tiny bit salty, but it's a matter of tastes.Luigi is very kind, and his staff is great too.Sure, we'll be there to try the Piadina and have an espresso!Ps: they use fresh and Italian ingredients, taste doesn't lie!

Modern restaurant with fresh decor and layout. It's a good idea to book a table in advance as it is a popular restaurant. Centrally located, not far from Yumbo Centrum. We had taco Lobster for starter and duck breast for Main. Complimentary apertizer and bread/butter.The presentation and flavours are good and can easily be compared to a gourmet restaurant. The wine selection is good and reasonable priced. We had The El viejo Templo Reserva 2011, Navarro. It was magnificent and went well with the Main course.Good knowledge amongst the Staff. Well taken care off.

Firstly this restaurant refused to send me a menu in advance - apparently not company policy, which is ridiculous. So you take a risk that it offers food and cooking style that you may or may not like. Secondly the prices shown on the menu once you are there do not include tax (not made clear at all} so when you get the bill that is then added. Never had that from a reputable restaurant before. Thirdly they overcharged for a glass of wine hoping we wouldn't notice. The food is reasonable buit not exceptional and it is so annoying that they behave in this way. Consequently it does not deserve its' high ratings.

We weren’t even sure that we’d find anywhere to eat on arrival in Arternara but we stumbled across two close to each other, but this little vegan restaurant flying prayer flags outside, really captured our imagination (and I’m a full time meat eater!) They have a brilliant philosophy about using home grown and organic foods mostly sourced locally in the mountain top village. Everything is fresh, tasty and beautifully cooked. Ok that’s a big claim for my first visit but I ordered two crepes, one tomato and local cheese and also a roasted banana, toffee & rum and both were mouth-wateringly scrummy! I also enjoyed a locally brewed craft beer which was wonderfully hoppy and served really cold, a gorgeous relief on this baking hot day.The owner was really friendly and extremely helpful and clearly passionate about the food and their approach. I was anxious that we waited so long to be served but there is definitely a laid back un-rushed atmosphere here and SO lovely to hear fluent Spanish everywhere unlike the horrendous English holiday atmosphere of Puerto Rico where we are staying. This restaurant is a gem of a place :-) Gracias!!!

Off the beaten track within a complex but restaurant nicely set up with either inside or outside dining . Good service by staff. Nice wines and decantered before putting into glassNot an extensive menu which always bodes well as then the dishes provided should be quality.Forget about Roberts Review as the bread is a starter to be paid for with different home made breads in a bag . We were given a little free appetiser of a edible salted spoon with tuna and cheese which was a delight . Our starter was Grandmothers croquettes and Canadian Potatoes. Croquettes were cooked perfectly and were very light . Main meals were a Sirloin steak , but having asked for medium rare unfortunately it was more medium . Other was a rolled fish dish however vegetables must have been cooked in same dish as fish and sauce as they tasted too fishy and my girlfriend couldn’t eat them . Desserts were death by chocolate and panacotta which were well presented and nice. Overall well worth a visit and for fine dining not ridiculously priced €88 for 3 courses and bottle of Rioja Reserva (€22)

COCO "My favourite restaurant on the face of the earth". We stumble across 'COCO' & are meet by super nice Finnish lass named  Essi. My wife and I both get a buzzin vibe immediately off Essi and stay.Ive been to a few Michelin Star restaurants and let me tell you  Calabrian chef Nico is a cooking genius. I seriously rate this as 'The best culinary' experience I've had. After me interogating Nico I find out he spent 2 years in Australia cooking as well as his extensive world travel has culminated in mind blowing dishes. Essi provides the icing on the experience with her personality oozing pure genuiness. This girl just rocks it!After 3 courses, coffee and limoncello my wife and concur we have found the best restaurant on Gran Canaria by far.We return the next night, choosing totally different dishes. We have a chefs platter & we are both totally shocked that it as good if not better than our first night here. Totally fautless food, wine topped off with impeccable service.Easily the highest rating I could give any restaurant Ive been too. Ohhhhh guys thanks a lot really, I'm really happy to ear you truly enjoyed our ways.. Hopefully catch up again somewhere one day
