Beautiful charming hotel

Reviewed By Wookeymartin

Stayed for 3 nights visiting our daughter in Leon. This hotel is just off the Main Street and has comfortable beds and is very quiet. Wooden floors and ceiling beams with unique bathroom style makes this a very charming hotel. Bedrooms cleaned everyday. Very friendly and helpful staff.

A Delightful Spanish Stay

Reviewed By lauren155002

Carlos is the ultimate Spanish gentleman....gracious, knowledgeable, and thank goodness, willing and able to accompany us down the street to act as translator with a local dentist....who was excellent, by the way. Rosa is delightful....very outgoing and loving, artistic. While tricky to find and even more so to find parking, it is well worth the minor effort. The location is perfect....a couple of short blocks from the Triana Bridge, we were able to walk to the Real Alcazar.....which Rosa was able to reserve tickets for us when forgot to until a couple of weeks before arriving. We were able to continue our touring by foot and back to the B&B in time to freshen up before heading off to various restaurants recommended by Carlos. We would gladly stay there in the future....bright, comfortable, good company, central to sites and restaurants, and away from the hustle and bustle.

This inn, about one hour from Leon, was the perfect stop on our way through northern Spain towards Portugal. We really enjoyed the boutique, where we bought gifts, and then had a very nice dinner in one of the two restaurants.

Great base to explore Seville

We arrived into Seville airport, and took the EA bus to the main terminal at Plaza de Armas, costing 4 euros each. From here it was an easy, 10 minute walk to the apartment, which was all on the flat. Booking in was straight forward, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Our ground floor apartment was very well equipped. The lay out worked well for us. The bed and sofa were very comfortable and the shower room was a good size. The kitchen area was very clean and the table and chairs were an added bonus. The fridge had a small freezer compartment, which was useful for when we bought ice cream at the local supermarket. It was an easy walk to all the sights, and we felt we had chosen our accommodation well.

The best thing about this hostel is its central location, with close proximity to shops, beach and marina. The rooms are small, but very clean. Unfortunately, the mattresses were hard. There are a few close inexpensive places to eat breakfast. The host is very helpful in recommending the best places to eat and visit.

Good Location

It is located near the Metro Parasol. It takes around twenty minutes by taxi from the train station. There is no check in counter at that premise, guests are required to check in on line before arrival otherwise the guests are required to go to there office to complete the check in procedure.Upon completion of check in, the hotel would send the guest a link for access to the building. I stayed there for two nights from 22 to 24 January 2020. Unfortunately, I was unable to access the links which they sent to me, the browser that I used was Safari..The room was spacious and clean. It was equipped nearly what I needed. But there was no make-up room service during my stay.

First room they showed us was lovely , but they quickly moved us into another , which in the face of it looked nice , but the shower and toilet ( both with glass doors ) were actually in the room !! Not good , no privacy and no extractor fans !! I leave it to your imagination . Came down for breAkfast , to be told we were too early ( it was 8 o’clock ) we decided not to wait but couldn’t return the key as they had locked the door !!!

Nice place

Reviewed By SheffieldPip

We stayed at El Molino on our journey down to the Costa del Sol. We normally stay in nearby Hervas, but decided on a change of venue. We booked through Booking.com, but when we got there felt that we weren't given the room we booked through the agency. This was very difficult to get through to the receptionist, as she didn't speak English and I have limited Spanish. After much discussion, she decided to relocate us to the room we had booked. It was a very pretty, well furnished room, but found sleep quality bad, as the walls were very thin. Not for us!
