Reviewed By ChrisAlmFor our visit to the lakes we decided to spend the night before in this guesthouse for entrance nr 2 is really round the corner. It appeared to be an exellent choice. The landlady gave us a warm welcome and we were pleasently surprised by the fact that she also offers dinner so we didnot have to go out anymore. The room was clean as can be and offered everything one needs. Dinner was great with fresh fish from their own surroundings. Breakfast offered a small buffet but with everything one can wish for. One thing must really be said: This lovey lady does everything on her own. The rooms, breakfast, dinner, the lot, amazing. Here is a big thank you very much to you dear lady for you made us feel at home! Mal kurz auf Deutsch... wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und ein Lob auf die Gastgeberin die uns echt super betreut hat,

Very rude host and no amenities
Reviewed By David SThe absolute worst experience with hospitality in Croatia. There are plenty of other places to stay where you will be treated decently. I was practically kicked out at 10:01, so 1 minute after check out, why are the guests were still allowed to be there. I had already vacated my room and I was finishing my coffee in the kitchen. All this because I asked about breakfast options and they didn't have any.

Good place to stay

Very clean ,friendly .The host very kind .Unfortunately we had to leave the place early because we got a call from home .The only disadvantage of the place -which isn't the host's fault -is the water temperature ,and not just on their small privat beach but usual in Senj .We visited 3 more other beaches in nearby and everywhere the same issue. The water was extremly extremly cold for end of JUly .Practically it was imposible to get in water not even for 5 minute .We had no expectation for 25-28C warm water ,who was in Corfu-Paleokastritsa knows that the water is chill ,but is perfect for swim even for houres. But compares with sea water tempersature of Paleokastritsa sea water temperature in Senj is extremly extremlt cold .Very very cold .No idea how is in other times but when we were there in end of July was very cold .Was not a place to swim .Not even for 5 minutes.

Laghi plitvice piu o meno a 5km.,ristoranti anche meno. Che dire di piu dovete andarci.(siamo la coppia di italiani che vi abbiamo prenotato al momento)

Amaro in bocca
Reviewed By MauroPVnote positive: posizione comodissima con vista per tre quarti spettacolare, appartamenti nuovissimi, market a 10 metri per ogni evenienza. Difficile dire cosa non ci sia piaciuto visto che l'appartamento prenotato a Gennaio e pagato con c/credito garantita Booking 15 giorni prima del nostro arrivo non lo abbiamo MAI VISTO. Arrivati come da prenotazione tra le16 e le 17 ci accoglie la proprietaria che ci accompagna nell'appartamento riservatoci. Stanchi per la scarpinata matuttina a Plitvice incominciamo a disfare i bagagli , ma ci viene il dubbio che la prenotazione non corrisponda al locale. interpellata la proprietaria ammette scusandosi che in effetti il nostro appartamento non è disponibile perchè è stato lasciato ad una famiglia con mamma in dolce attesa. la proprietaria si mostra disponibile a rendere l'intera cifra anticipata ( e noi dove andiamo a dormire??) oppure a quantificare la differenza di prezzo. la cosa potrebbe anche andare bene se 1) avesse correttamente comunicato al nostro arrivo il disguido, 2) se l'appartamento riservatoci fosse completamente abitabile e non con tubi a vista in bagno e nelle camere, avesse il minimo per appendere abiti e salviette e per disporre in modo adeguato i bagagli, e con un solo ventilatore per due stanze e, più importante 3) NON AVESSE FATTO FINTA DI NULLA quando le ho chiesto se tutto era andato a buon fine con i pagamenti anticipati. Per cui abbiamo chiesto che ci fosse assegnato l'appartamento prenotato, la proprietaria ha risposto che ormai non si poteva fare più nulla perchè era stato dato all'altra famiglia che per inteso soggiorna per una settimana , mentre noi solo per tre giorni!! ci avrei giurato!! Naturalemte abbiamo chiesto che interpellasse i soggiornanti che si sono ( giustamente ) rifiutati di lasciare un appartamento che la struttura ha loro assegnato ( e magari con sovrapprezzo). nel frattempo sopraggiunge il marito che si mette a caccia di una valida alternativa, ma 4 agosto in Dalmazia è pressocchè impossibile trovare una sistemazione che ci possa andare bene. Morale : inutile perdere tempo a discutere , dormiamo per una notte nell'appartamento sbagliato , ci viene restituita la differenza pagata, opportunamente documentata in duplice copia, ci portano un condizionatore portatile per ovviare alla calura ed alla mattina dopo ritorniamo a casa in anticipo e senza il relax che ci aspettavamo dopo un soddisfacente ma faticoso tour ad Est. Sottolineo che il nostro appartamento valeva 108 €. a notte, quello che ci avevano consegnato 60 €. la differenza è stata correttamente restituita, ma i dubbi sul comportamento rimangono, senza rimostranze saremmo rimasti 3 giorni in una sistemazione pagando 144 € in più del suo valore. questo è un comportamento che già avevamo riscontrato in zona ,ma ormai 20/25 anni fa. Penso che ora non sia più tollerabile se si vuole rimanere in un circuito internazionale di prenotazioni e clienti garantiti, clienti che si apsettano di trovare quello per cui pagano. a
