Reviewed By lucilepopI totally recommend this place! Beautiful sceneries, in the middle of the nature surrounded by animals, such a relaxing place. The little wooden houses are very confortable even though there is no toilettes/showers the beds are great, perfect for a family of 4. The dinner a private BBQ superb as well as the buffet breakfast. Staff is really professional and kind, we can feel they love what they do.

Reviewed By PaulyC1966Francis and Melanie are the perfect hosts at this fantastic jewel in the Provence. We were on a road trip in France and decided to have a few nights in one village and we hit the jackpot! We stayed in Room 3 which has views over the mountains and valley. The room has separate toilet and bathroom (a great feature). It has a comfortable bed and the shower is excellent. The breakfasts are continental but fresh and lovely. Francis and Melanie cook a fresh meal every night which has been delicious with a desert. I would definitely recommend it! Overall… Perfect place, great food and amazing hosts. A must stay!!

Si parte da Mustiers s.te Marie verso la Palud qui si seguono le indicazioni x la route des cretes dove ci sono dei belvedere con aree parcheggio abbastanza ampie e poi una volta tornati a la Palud si prosegue fino a Castellane. Il giro completo comprensivo delle soste occupa un’intera giornata. In qualche punto la strada e’ un po’ stretta e senza parapetto. Ci sono dei percorsi da fare a piedi. Io sono stata nel ponte del 2 giugno, il caldo era tanto, circa 30 gradi umidi, decisamente troppo x il trekking. Il lago e’ bello alla vista, un po’ meno entusiasmante il bagno, e’ un po’ fangosetto… Pero’ un bel giro in pedalo’ a zonzo x le gole si puo’ fare

Reviewed By taarhaugWe only stopped for cofffee but this place looked to be a very nice alternative for dining and spending the night. The staff was very friendly. the location appears to be great for hiking and cross country skiing.

Reviewed By Adrian PWhat a wonderful accommodations is Chateau de Beaucouse….hidden away on the hillside, offering wonderful vistas of the surrounding hills and mountains, this is a lovely and well appointed place to stay for any traveller in France! The home is well restored and comfortable with very spacious and comfortable rooms and extensive surrounding grounds. The hosts, Pierre and Maureen were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. What a great nights rest we enjoyed….we hope to return!

Excellent place with great view and service
Reviewed By gilladgLes framboilles is located close to Castellane, an excellent point for the Verdon river activities. Booked two nights in advance for a family of 5. The hut is comfertable, very clean and well equipped. Had a very nice and helpful service even late in the evening when there was a need.
