Saga style ramen with pork bone soup. Noodles are bit bigger in diameter compare to Kurume ramen. Some people would feel a little salty with the soup. Somehow the shop gets about 4 stars in the internet pages but I wonder why. Go again? I am not sure.

A local joint which is packed nightly, so reservation recommended. Very large selection of different cuts of Saga beef, ranging from cheap to reasonable prices per plate. Even has a set meal for those whose appetite for the perfectly marbled beef is huge. There's also a curry Saga beef rice set for the budget conscious who wouldn't be disappointed at all with the quality of the beef. It's as good as it gets, located south of Saga JR station past the Seiyu, past and close to the huge intersection (by Saga standards), and diagonally opposite and close by is a Nomura Securities branch

The SAGA beef's good for steak. Lunch was delicious. About taste, it was sweet generally. I was quite happy. Saga cow's meat is expensive. I know that. However, even considering it, lunch price is high. Staff have not been refined.

Quite famous among the HK visitors. Recommended by a tourist book. Came just in time before it stopped order for lunch. The mandarin speaking waiter was helpful and recommended us sets which tasted well and very good value for money.
