Family owned restaurant. We love to make you feel like you are going home to that great cooking that mother used to do. Freshly made entrees with great home made pasta's and imported food.

This was a wonderful experience. The service was excellent. There is also seating on the rooftop, but it was a little cool outside so we chose to sit inside. The good was delicious. I had the salmon and my husband had osso bucco. Both were freshly prepared and with high quality ingredients.

Hav been going here forever.... why??? Because they have had great service a REALLY good selection, and a good area for 2 or a crowd.... convenient parking and a good employee backup which makes for great service....whether youâre looking for a hot or cold sandwich itâs available..... take out is always done right.... Giagnorio's Deli is another Winfield eating spot that has very limited hours- because they can! The sandwiches simply cannot be beat- they are so delicious. Great ingredients and handmade- nothing tastes plastic like other chain sandwich shops- this is the real deal. Make sure and pick up a homemade dessert while you are there

Whether you order pizza or pasta, you can't go wrong. It's all perfectly prepared and delicious! Their deep dish pan pizza is the absolute best anywhere. Their service is great as well, you tend to see the same faces bar tending and waiting tables every time you go!

Went for the first time last night..such a nice place..small, surprisingly intimate for a pizza place....The pizza was dynamite ! Service excellent (thanks Liz) The corn chowder was fabulous..if it came in a 55 gallon drum I'd buy one ! Rich, spicy flavor...excellent start to a meal !!We liked it so much we bought $100 in gift cards to use as holiday gifts....and may keep a couple for ourselves !My advice...go, enjoy and spread the word..this place is great !!!..

Fire is a great local spot. It is very popular. Tasty small plates to share and delicious entrees to enjoy. Service is friendly and focused. The only issue is the lack of reservations. The wait can be very long. In my view this is completely unnecessary. I would certainly visit much more often if I could make reservations and avoid the long wait.Hello GlennR, thank you for the review. We appreciate your words and you taking the time to write. In order to honor reservations, Tables must be held open so that when you walk in you have a table immediately available. There are many complications with reservations that are unknown to the general public and typically loss of business due to holding tables open. Our call ahead priority seat list basically acts like a reservation and the goal is to seat you immediately, however sometimes we cannot predict when a table will get up before you and many people sit longer than expected so you may end up waiting a little bit. On a typical busy night our wait can be up to an hour and a half to two hours for walk in business, and the call ahead list will get sat within 15 to 30 minutes. Which in reality is a typical wait time for reservations in most busy restaurants. So call ahead days or weeks in advance and get on the priority seating list. It truly works. Thank you again. We were visiting daughter at CDH and decided to try Caliendoâs because it was nearby and local people recommended. We were promptly greeted and seated by hostess. Server, Cody, arrived to get our drink order quickly. We ordered food as soon as drinks arrived. After not seeing server for 20 minutes, I got up to inquire about how much longer it would be (because we wanted to get back to the hospital). He was bringing another drink for my wife and said food would be another few minutes as he had just checked. Food finally came about 7-8 minutes later.Food was hot and looked good. My sausage hoagie was cooked well and had plenty of cheese but could have used a little red sauce/gravy. Flavor was good. My wife had chicken Parmesan and said it was just average. Biggest disappointment was that the breading has no flavor or lacked seasoning. Overall, I will probably give this establishment another try to see if the food can be delivered faster and if other dishes have more flavor.

We have been customers for years. The pizza is simply delicious! The ingredients including cheese are abundant and fresh. The crust can be cooked to order. We like ours well done. Make sure you pick up your pizza at the designated time and you will enjoy a fresh, hot pizza that will dazzle your eyes, taste buds, and tummy! Just thinking about it makes me hungry! âYUMMY!

Adorable, modern interior. Many tables as well as a bar/counter seating.Had lunch at 12:30 on a Wednesday. The place was hopping and servers were hustling.Everyone in my group had the lunch special which was a small salad and a personal pizza. Pizzas cooked in a wood fired grill....
