This Italian restaurant is really nice. Food is good, vine was also good (we had Valpolicella ripasso) and the very important part the staff was incredibly nice and accommodating, the service fast and efficient. So they have all to make your evening much better)

C'est une pizzeria chère qui a perdue en qualité. On réserve une table pour 12h. On arrive dans les premiers, on nous annonce 10-15 min de retard à cause d'un problème de four. La salle se remplie, 1h et 10 minutes d'attente avant d'avoir les plats (pizzas). Pendant se temps ils ont servis toutes les autres tables. On leur fait remarquer et on nous rétorqué on vous avait prévenu... Quand on leur fait remarqué qu'ils ont servis les autres tables arrivé après, la on nous sort que c'est pas les mêmes garnitures de pizzas...Question pizza la pâte est ultra épaisse (l'inverse d'une pizza Italienne), la garniture est sans plus. Bref autant aller à côté la pizza est meilleure.Une calzone : 16â¬, Pizza Margherita : 14â¬, une pression :4,5â¬

unique cosy warm clean inviting and friendly staff . good value for money compared to most restaurant's in the area.I chose a lovely pasta dish with basil and tomato and my partner chose four cheese Pinsa. both dishes very tasty ,well presented and very filling. good menu choice. being restaurateurs ourselves, of an Italian restaurant, we appreciate the effort that goes into freshly prepared home made food . we would defiantly go back when in the area.

Took some takeaway a couple of times. One of the pizzas was really oily (although quite tasty and spicy enough) and the pasta was a bit overcooked - and also, while being not bad, not particularly tasty. On the plus side, kudos for making real carbonara with guanciale. This isn't a posh place but we really felt the owner cared.They were shutting up as we arrived early afternoon but immediately set a table up for us with no hassle.We weren't rushed in anyway...and the added bonus was that the food was fabulous.I don't normally put an appeal out with my reviews....but this is exactly the kind of place that needs supporting Thanks sir for your feedback, cause we really try to please all of our customers, and even thoses that are coming for once... and it's a pleasure to see that travelling people can enjoy our restaurant as much as our daily customers. And yes we do care, also for our passion and pleasure as much as yours.Thank you.

First day of the family vacation found us in Sapori d'Italia and what an amazing find.The children had their usual plain spaghetti with butter which was very tasty (as can be) and the spaghetti was well cooked.I fancied a traditional spaghetti Bol and it was super. The taste of the tomato, onions and beef really came through. For once I was silent as I wolfed down this large plate of Italian love Mrs C had the Penne Arrabiatta and that was also superb. The garlic and chillis worked in harmony and the flavour was hot indeed.The staff were lovely and we were greeted and looked after by a lovely Older Italian man who was charming with the children and lovely to us.Great all round first night meal and definitely worth a visit if you are near Gard de Lyon. Excellent pizza, pasta and homemade tiramisu. Very good and quick service with accommodating waiters. The seats outside are very pleasant, and because the small area is closed off it feels more private. Definitely come and see for yourself, 10/10
