I try to visit Stellini's every time I come to Hilton Head. I am never disappointed. On my last visit, I had a wonderful sea bass dinner. My dining companion had an escargot dish, and she loved it.

We had pizza delivered to our condo...we were told it would take an hour and it did, but it was still hot! Don't get that very often! It was very tasty and the vegetables on the pizza were fresh! Would definitely have Dough Boys again!!!!

My family and I visited this establishment on our first night of vacation at Hilton Head and really enjoyed our meal. The food was great all the way around and the service was very good. The location is ideal and they provide games on the outside that keeps young kids busy while waiting to be seated. I highly recommend.Thanks so much for the great feedback! We were visiting Hilton Head from Vail, Colorado and were looking for a great restaurant to celebrate my Mother-in-lawâs 75th, while accommodating three children all under 7. The normal go-to has always been seafood, but I was craving something a bit more comforting and flavorful and I stumbled upon Gusto on Opentable and booked our party of 9. Within an hour of our booking I got a lovely call from Mario confirming our reservation and letting us know he was going to take great care of our party...that was so unusual and refreshing and I knew this was going to be a wonderful night. When we arrived, we were greeted by Mario and he had arranged for his cousin, Antonio, to take care of our table. These guys are so passionate about their restaurant and you can tell deep down inside that they absolutely love cooking for and serving their guests. We ordered some Antipasti and an array of pastas and everything was delicious, fresh, flavorful and impeccably cooked. I felt like I was having a big Sunday dinner with my Italian family in New Jersey when I was a child! They also brought out a lovely tiramisu for my Mother in law and sang Happy Birthday in Italian! This is our new go-to restaurant for my husband and kids whenever we come back to Hilton Head. Itâs definitely going to be our new home away from home when Mama isnât cooking! Thanks guys!

This was one of the best meals we have had in a long time. From the time we entered the restaurant, which they opened up the doors and doesnât early to accommodate our group, until the end it was a great dining experience our hostess greeted us shared some family history showed us around the many collectible items in the bar area and told us wonderful stories about each one of them,. As soon as our table is ready receded, we were a group of approximately 18 people. We came in for the early bird dinner, and the service was excellent. The food was out of this world. We enjoyed this so much I am looking forward to planning our neighborhood birthday dinner here in September. The prices were right the food was amazing the service was out of this world. And the best part it was just a few doors away from the Comedy Magic Cabaret club which we were all going to after dinner.Buon Apetit!

Great place for a wonderful diner. We had the best Italian sausage pasta, scallions, gnocchi and desserts. The staff was great. The house red wine was good. Our first time to Hilton head and a great place to eat. We love first timers! So happy you enjoyed your party and hope you will think of us again for your next group event or for cozy dinner for two!

We stumbled on this restaurant just because we were towing a trailer and needed several spaces to park it and what a wonderful surprise!!! The homemade pasta was outstanding, the drinks were fabulous and the service was great. We've recommended this restaurant to several friends who have loved it as much as we did. We are looking forward to returning the next time we're in Hilton Head. Highly recommended!!!

Enjoyed the 3 course Tuscan dinner, it was delicious. The veal marsala and the chicken under a brick were perfect. The panna cotta dessert topped off an excellent dinner, we will definately return on our next HH trip. Eddie our waiter and other servers provided great service!

Top quality Italian meals featuring plenty of pasta an veal dishes, portions are sized right, just like you would get in Italy rather than the large portions of less quality product we so often get here in the US. Save room for their house made Lemoncello served over vanilla gelato...very good.
