Con mi novia hemos comprado 2 veces el groupon de este restaurant que tiene una vista privilegiada. Te permite elegir dos o tres variedades de la carta, yo siempre pido pescado. La propina y los bebestibles son aparte.

There is a difference between being nice and still manage to deliver a very bad service... We went with my friend to have a nice beer at one of the local places in Viña del Mar; we came across "Roberta", a nice place which is a "Pizzeria" which also offers a great menu of local and international beers... of course we went for the beers! wanting to taste some of the local breweries, we arrived at 1pm and the restaurant was not busy at all, just four tables occupied in our area, we sat in the front patio. We waited for a few minutes, about 10 minutes, and after I called the attention of the waitress, she approached our table... nice greetings and we chit-chatted for a few seconds and we placed our order for a couple of the local beers... we waited for almost 20 minutes and the beers were not coming... we waived to one of the waitresses and asked about our order... she nicely said to us, I'll check on that right away... another 12 minutes passed and our waitress never came back. After almost 35 minutes of being at the restaurant with no service, we got up and left. Needless to say that I will never go back to that restaurant again nor will I ever recommend "Roberta's" restaurant.... service really SUCKS!

Somos adictos a su cocina con tutti imperdible el ceviche de salmón enmaracuyado y pisco sour jengibre menta!!La torta merengue lúcuma con bolitas de helado de manjar .para terminar Mónica te hace sentir como un súper invitado atenta simpática...además con onda casera mesas en terraza al sol.ademas me encanta poder llevar amigos a la casa y calladita lucirme ...un acierto que comparto.

Had a good dinner there during a cold May night next to the fireplace, which was lovely. The frozen pisco sours were good, and we shared a ceviche, excellent. Then we ordered two different fish plates, a bottle of their cheaper wines, as they were terribly overpriced, and shared one dessert, which was very good as well. The bill amounted to over 70,000 pesos, which is around 150 USD, which is very expensive for Chile, and considering we shared entrees and dessert. Beware most restaurants in Concón are overpriced and tourist traps...BTW, I ordered stuffed pasta of some kind before the fish which I could not eat as the filling was very salty and returned the place, and replaced for a great fish... for US $20 a plate!

Lunch with wife and kids, affordable seafood, very fresh and great taste. The menu is simple, a few kinds of fish, with a few options of cooking for each. the fish and chicken terrines are great.Went to eat there a couple of times, the service is ok and gets your food on time, and value is good.

Instead of going to the typical restaurants of Concon we decided for a fancier place. The food was very good. Nothing extraordinary. Service a little bit slow. Prices are very similar to the other restaurants. Place and decoration is ok with a nice view.

A remodeled very lovely two story house on a corner provides the venue for Max and Lucia, the proprietors. Max is Chilean and Lucia is a carioca. There were several Brazilians working there. The Risotto al Mixto was excellent. It was executed correctly in every way, the seafood was not overcooked, the rice was not sticky. The two main problems that can happen. All the flavors stood out. The desert menu is quite good though the torta de malucuya we were told by another customer was excellent but it was sold out. They have a full ice cream bar of San Francisco Brand. Which is excellent ice cream. The caipirinha was full of limes and ice and perfect from my taste. I had the entrecote which was fine, but nothing special. It was cooked correctly. The chilean beef is stronger tasting than american beef, as the animals move around more, so for a Gringo it is a bit like venison. Just a bit. The place was full on valentines day, so it was a bit hectic but the service was smooth, the chaos comic and never a stress showed. When the two owners argued over some order or another it was with humor and affection and for me added to the experience. They have a good solid espresso machine too, and a good drink selection. It's not a large place, probably seats 40 at most, so the drinks are an array of kunstman and i think austral beers.Thanks Alex, it is nice to receive your comments and it was very special to offer our service to you, your wife and all your nice friends. We know we have to improve our business in a lot of ways, but opinions like yours is the best indicator in order to feel that we are going in the right direction. We so enjoy visiting restaurants which are in the TA top choices. Our Apartment rental was about a 10 minute walk away so we set off and arriving around 8:20pm found it closed,so much so,it looked as if it were closed awaiting next tourist season. We walked along the small path on the perimeter of the Av. Borgono to the Radisson and back hoping we were too early but alas still no change. Oh we'll perhaps next Visit. Pics I will upload from exterior from mobile.

Probably the best Fish & Chips I have had for years, since a fabulous place in Iceland years ago.You can choose from 4 standard fish, or today (not sure how often they have this) you could also choose Congril (moray eel), which was absolutely delicious. Tasty and firm, with fluffy batter, just the way it should be.Thanks you guys for choosing Oz Foods. We appreciate your visit and we hope to see you again anytime in the future. Cheers.
