Reviewed By Ramonnetto GFinding this type of a hotel in a provincial town in Zamboanga del Sur is a bit of a surprise. The linens are clean, the bed is comfortable, and the shower is great, although I think the bathroom is a bit small (but hey, we do not go to a hotel to stay in the bathroom). The hotel has a small pool and a cafe downstairs. The quality of the fixtures, the room amenities are above the average standard found in nearby cities like Pagadian and Dipolog. However, this hotel is a bit pricey, at PhP2,588 or over US$48.00 (1 US$=53 PhP) a night. Also, no staff will be available to assist the guest beyond 10:00 P.M. If you are planning to check-out early in the morning and you need your Official Receipt, secure it a day before because the staff may not report until 10:00 A.M.

Reviewed By jooioodWe stayed for a day last month, flushing of toilet not working. the staff are good but the management are worst total worst, there's no manager on floor no security on duty your safety in this hotel is very unsafe,we have a accident during our stay yung sister ko i nopen lng nyu ang sliding door tapos biglang nahulog galing 5th floor thanks god walang na saktan sa nang yari, Ang masama pa don kami na ang na aksindenti kami pa ang pinag bayad sa damage eh. kasalanan ba naman na wala silang maitenance check sa mga room pag mag check out. Loose ang sliding door.Kami pa pinag bayad, Ang masaklap lng sinabihan kami na wala daw sila magagawa kasi kami may kasalan. hindi ko to e recommend tong hotel to kasi your safety is not guarantees dito.

Reviewed By oellawingEXTERIOR We stayed here for two nights for a business trip. Four Queens Resort is impressive on the outside. It looks new and neat. The pool looks clean and refreshing. ROOMS We got the Junior Suite Room. For you to call it Junior Suite, well, it has to be a Suite. But it just looks like an ordinary room of most hotels. It has no window. It’s a bit dark. But the room has a balcony. So I just leave the balcony door open during the day to let in natural light. The comfort room stinks. Smells like the sewer. The walls are thin that you could hear the TV on the next room, and you could even hear people talking on the hallway. Internet connection is strong and fast. ENVIRONMENT My room is on the ground floor. For two mornings, I notice the staff are very noisy. They are bantering with each other and loudly talking. They should be mindful of the guests. At the restaurant, I went down at around 4:30pm. The staff were there talking and bantering. It felt like home. But with a guest there, they should have their own place to do their thing. There’s construction on going so it will get a bit noisy. FOOD The food tastes good. STAFF The staff are very warm and accommodating.

Oh how the O has fallen
Reviewed By IanMcPWhen I last visited the Ever O business hotel I thought it was a great place to stay but oh how has the quality dropped. After booking on line on arrival, even though I had booked in for 5 nights I was offered a windowless cave like room. To get a room with windows I had to pay an additional 1200 pesos. Previously the room rate included breakfast but this time it was an additional charge. Previously the room had a bar fridge but this time to have a fridge was an additional 300 pesos a night. The biggest insult was the soap offered in the bathroom . It was so tiny it could hardly be seen. Literally one wipe over the body and it disappeared . Similarly with the toilet roll. Most toilet rolls have a minimum of 150 sheets. The rolls offered had 50 sheets and very hard to get replacements. The saddest part was the five cock roaches killed in the first hour of occupying the room. Sadly the only thing that allows me to give it a 3 rating is the staff.

Just need more improvements that every room should have hot&water shower, tv setup/reception and more soundproof as nearby establishment lots of open pub and bars. For budget travelers, this will suit you for $18 less you can have bed and breakfast.
