Reviewed By 859maryannrJust spent 4 days at the Inn, and we all found it to be just what we needed (me, my grown daughter, and her 8 year old son). We stayed in room 27 in the Liftline Lodge and found it clean and plenty big for us. I especially liked the little porches off the living rooms to just sit and look at the mountains...the air was so clean! A special shout-out to our housekeeper, Chris, who greeted us in the hall and told us to tell her if there was anything we needed. When we mentioned a couple more towels and coffees, she immediately came back with an armful of everything! Very friendly and easy-going. OH, and she was also our waitress in the morning for breakfast, and she made sure we had enough to eat! We will be back again for sure...

Reviewed By HMM1Great hotel in a beautiful place. Very well managed. Very clean. Rooms and beds are comfortable. Lots of beautiful hikes and walks nearby. Good restaurant on site. My only complaint is that if it rains there is not much to do: the pool is too small for swimming and a ping pong table would be nice as well as a hot tub outside.

Reviewed By Wanda LWe took a quick girls trip and stayed for 2 nights in the North Conway suite. It was great! The room was big enough for the three of us to stay comfortably without tripping over each other. The beds were so comfy. The staff are great, the breakfasts were plentiful and hot and the coffee delicious. We will be back again.

Reviewed By springinthecityWe stayed at Residence Inn North Conway for 1 night in June 2022. The rooms were of a decent size (we had a queen bed and 2 single beds, they were very clean and comfortable. Each room comes with a kitchenette which we did not use. There was a strange smell in the corridor - that could possibly be on account of the type/fragrance of the cleaning materials used. There are laundry facilities on site - very well equipped with a number of washers and dryers. The hotel is just minutes away from the Settlers Green outlet (which we found helpful). The breakfast is just average but eggs, toast and yoghurt were enough for us. There are many staff who constantly man the breakfast area and replenish items that are running low. Kae and Cody at the front desk deserve special mention for their cheerful and friendly demeanour.

Reviewed By RickMac77Staying here for work and have nothing but good things to say about this Best Western Motel. It appears as they have done a recent remodel of the entire facility. Rooms are clean and well apportioned, with microwave and fridge and in room coffee. The staff and the breakfast offering were all great.... As was the coffee! I stay at a dozen or more motels/hotels each year and I would put this one in the top of three for sure.

A warm, welcoming retreat!

The front desk help could not have been more helpful and welcoming. they were so gracious and able to accomodate all our needs. We enjoyed a 3rd floor suite with an enormous bathroom and jetted tub. The food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious; we ate all our breakfasts and dinners there. The service was so attentive - we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The only downside was it got quite hot on the 3rd floor and the ac did not get us as cool as we like at night. They provided a fan for us which did the job. We will definitely go back!

We have rooms with kings, queens or doubles. Groups and families love the NEW Mt Moriah Cottage next door, with 5 bedrooms sleeping up to 10 & the Family Suite with fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room, and three bedrooms that sleep 8 comfortably. We are dog friendly in select rooms and 100% smoke-free throughout with newly renovated and Eco-Friendly rooms and cottage. Close to: MT WASHINGTON STORY LAND SANTAS VILLAGE MOOSE TOURS HIKING,BIKING,RAFTING AND ALL THE NATURAL OUTDOORS HAS TO OFFER!

Having a table and 2 chairs was an added bonus. Loved the small upholstered bench that matched the design on the chairs. There were double blinds on the front window. Bathroom looked brand new too. Nice tile floor too. They had shampoo & bath gel in tub on the wall. Good lighting and a fan. The windows were also brand new. They are in the process of putting up new siding. They have a pool and hot tub but we didn't get a chance to use it. Lived the grassy area in the middle. They had picnic tables? Benches, propane BBQ and even a Cornhole game. Plus there was a bench outside each room. Laundry room was clean and machines were reasonably priced. Office had change too. Ice machine & vending were in the same place as laundry. Great value and nice place right in town but still quiet.
