Reviewed By patrickvr2020Always feeling welcome and appreciated when coming back to this hotel. Employees are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, big enough and a good bathroom. Good chooses available at breakfast and good coffee! I recommend this hotel for your stay in Vincennes or Paris. Close to metro station so travel within Paris is very easy and fats.

Excellent hotel despite early check-in snafu
Reviewed By Christopher WThe Adagio Vincennes ended up being an extremely pleasant place to stay. My room was clean, well-equipped, and quiet. I had no trouble getting the comfortable Murphy bed down. It was a bit harder to put it back up, but I'll bet I would have succeeded had I needed the space. I really appreciated the kitchenette, since I was travelling by myself and really didn't want to deal with restaurants while the Pandemic was still on. I only used the microwave, coffeemaker, plates and utensils, but these allowed me to eat pretty well. Vincennes turned out to be a charming inner suburb of Paris, a bit less dense than the city but still a bustling place. My stay started with a problem, however. I had thought I'd be arriving very early in the morning after a too short night in an airplane, so, for the first time in my life, I said yes to the registration form's offer of early check-in for 60 euros. As it happened, there were various delays, and I didn't arrive until noon, at which point I was told that no rooms were available. I'm afraid I was a bit grumpy about this despite being offered a refund. I left my baggage at the hotel and went for an energizing three-hour walk and checked in with no trouble at 3. The refund arrived maybe a week later. It could be said that Accor has no business offering early check-in if it can't actually provide it, but, hey, these things happen. Other than the early check-in snafu, the hotel seemed excellent to me.

Comme à la maison mais en mieux
Reviewed By meniebDu début à la fin l’expérience a été parfaite. Partie pour 3 jours de formation, j’ai apprécié chaque soir le retour dans ma chambre. Tout est parfait ; l’équipement, la literie, la propreté, l’emplacement. S’il faut dire un bémol.. le micro ondes placé un peu haut pour les personnes pas très grandes. Voilà pour le côté matériel et pratique. Moi qui avait peur de me perdre.. trop facile ; de la Gare de Lyon, 1/4h direct sur la ligne 1 et l’hôtel est à 3 minutes à pieds. Situé en centre mais dans une rue calme, on est proche de tout et tranquille à la fois. L’endroit propose aussi un salon de thé avec des pâtisseries faites maison. J’ajoute enfin la qualité de l’accueil, la gentillesse et le professionnalisme de toute l’équipe. Merci beaucoup, je ne sais pas si j’aurais l’occasion de revenir en région Parisienne mais si c’était le cas, je ne me poserai pas la question de savoir quel hébergement choisir ; je réserve directement.

Out of Vincennes but a nice area
Reviewed By Brands_03Stayed here for 4 nights on business in late April. Booked through Booking.com as my usual hotels in central Vincennes were full. The property is a little distance outside Vincennes - walking quickly took 25 mins from the RER A and about 12 minutes from the RER at Fontenay Sous Bois. That said, the local area is nice - a few shops, a Carrefour Express and more importantly bus stops. 15 mins from Val de Fontenay RER A, 10 mins from Vincennes RER. The room was ok, small kitchen area with a fridge, sink, microwave and electric hob. The bathroom was ok, but no plug in the sink - towels were a little thin too. There is no room service - unless you pay extra. There’s no air con so I had to sleep with the windows open and the noise from the trains was a problem up until midnight and again from the small hours. Get a room at the back of the building if possible. Breakfast is available from 0730 but I always left before. Reception closes at 1800 so you need to check in before that. I’d stay again if my usual places weren’t available.
