Reviewed By Regis MWe spent 1 night in the hotel des Congrès : I recommend this place , as it remains a good deal (price/value). Close to Lyon center (walking distance (20min), or by Tramway / metro). The hotel by itself is not necessarily nice but it is clean and practical .

Due to the covid restrictions, breakfasts were brought to the rooms and there was no daily cleaning in the rooms, which is of course unusual but made us feel totally safe. The staff were welcoming and helpful.

Reviewed By benjohnson2022On arrival my room was dirty and not ready, I had to change room. The rooms are tired and wood rot on the window frames. Room smelled slightly feisty. Double bed was two singles pushed together. Bath runs extremely slowly so takes over 30 minutes to run. Location was good and close to a main metro station.

Reviewed By Q6630NJmv27-09-2021 I arrived and stayed at the Ibis Styles Lyon Villeurbanne in Le Parc de la Tete d'Or. 130 Blvd du 11 Novembre 191869100 VILLEURBANNE FRANCE. I have a disabled child, so when traveling with him I am forced to use parking spaces for the disabled, I have the necessary parking sign "disabled". Upon arrival at the hotel car park, both disabled parking spaces were occupied by cars which did not have a sign to occupy them. One circumstance turned out to be interesting. I stayed at this hotel about three months ago. In the same parking lot for the disabled, without a sign to that effect, then stood the same Renault car as today. As far as I know, this is a hotel employee’s car. I informed the receptionist about the situation and asked to ensure that the disabled parking space was vacated. Unfortunately, I did not get help, but bullying. Some hotel employee, as I understood it, a kitchen worker escorted me to the parking lot, took me to the farthest end from the entrance to the hotel, and showed me the allegedly disabled parking space there. He then tried to stick a sheet of paper on the column to the parking lot, on which was printed "reserved personally for Mr. ...." When I was asked to stop the bullying, he explained that the hotel thought I needed a personal space, as I was demanding that a specific space be vacated when there were more vacancies in the car park. Later, the receptionist asked if everything was in order, and if I answered no, he regretted it, because the said employee allegedly tried to help me, but ... I would like to emphasize that the other free spaces were narrow and my child is disabled, has difficulty walking, so getting in and out of the car requires fully opening the door. This requires ample parking. Therefore, my claim was not of any whim. All the more so as disabled places have been occupied by cars without allowing signs to do so, which in the civilized world is considered a violation of traffic rules. Therefore, I thought the hotel staff would react accordingly, all the more so as the offender was possibly a hotel employee. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. And anyway, a good hotel, a delicious breakfast. I recommend. Only if something goes wrong, do not ask the administration for help. The nerves will stay healthier.

A découvrir absolument
Reviewed By Nadine GNous avons séjourné 4 nuits et avons dormi comme des bébés ! La literie, la propreté, l'insonorisation des chambres et leur déco très reposante, tout est parfait. Et que dire de Philippe et de son incroyable petit déjeuné avec ses yaourts, sa mousse au chocolat et ses confitures, le tout fait maison. Il vous reçoit avec tant de gentillesse et de bienveillance. Nous avions un peu d'appréhension quant au fait de devoir partager les sanitaires communs. Mais finalement tout c est très bien passé. Enfin,concernant la situation géographique, vous êtes idéalement situés à 5 min en voiture du périphérique, 5 min a pieds des premiers arrêt de bus et 10 à 15 min du Tram et du Métro et en plus, vous avez une place de parking sécurisée ce qui est fort appréciable pour les séjours comme le nôtre ou vous arrivez avec votre voiture. Vraiment je recommande et je remercie encore Philippe pour son accueil.

Reviewed By Patrick RRoom and corridors NOT clean, I arrived Thursday for 2,5 week. Normally the next Thursday bedding and towels renewed plus cleaning. So the next Thursday I asked about 17h30 when cleaning would be done.. answer: you are not listed. I: What??? Receptionist told me that "exceptionally" she could ask to clean on Friday as Friday is not cleaningday while my 2 towels were super dirty... Also I asked window cleaning as full of fingerprints, answer: Not done by us. What a dirty place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A notre arrivée, le canapé convertible du salon était cassé et un mail avait été envoyé à ce sujet au propriétaire depuis plusieurs jours sans qu il ne nous ait informé ! Même propriétaire qui disparaît au profit d’une plateforme qui ne prend aucune décision et ne propose aucune solution pour la nuit, ni même le lendemain ! À nous de nous « débrouiller » Nous avons payé une prestation pour 6 couchages depuis février et n’en avons eu que 4 et tout est normal quoi ! De plus, l’appartement était d’une saleté rare, certainement pas nettoyé depuis des semaines : fromage fondu dans Le micro ondes, casseroles non lavées, miettes et tâches suspectes sur le canapé, sol pas lavé et quand vous voulez passer la serpillère -elle est encore plus degueulasse- il a fallu la sortir tellement elle sentait mauvais ..) sans parler de l’escalier qui manque de se briser, le meuble de sdb cassé, le wifi qui ne marchait pas .... Du vol cautionné par BnB, bref, à fuir !!
