HORRIBLE
Reviewed By BBROADYThis hotel is not kept up to part, when we arrived, and checked in went to the room and there were no towels. Called down to front desk could not get answer so walked to the front lobby. I was informed that there were not towels. They lady name Cee Cee at the front desk was trying to wash towels because there were not towels. We had one towel and one bath towel for the entire family. We did not receive towels until the day of leaving. My room was dirty, sheets dirty, floor dirty, and something was eating me up on my legs. The bathroom door would not close, and they did not even have sheets for the pull-out couch. We had to pull apart beds to piece together clean sheets. It was a horrible experience, if I would have had another hotel to go too, I would have. But everything was booked up because of the sports events. And still have not received a call from the manger but they were quick to charge my card for payment. Horrible experience tried calling corporate and could not get a number I would always get customer relations which did not do anything. Stay away it was like a cheap motel. but with expensive prices.

Reviewed By murphydaisyRoom was clean, however the bed was torture, had to get up hours early both nights because of back pain. No toiletries, one tiny bar of soap for my wife and I. By second day waste basket overflowing, no sign of housekeeping anywhere. Two stories, no elevator.

Reviewed By teubanks1Great safe place to stay with amazing staff. Convenient to many restaurants or have dinner delivered. Many shopping areas close by and easy traveling to Emory University. The staff are amazing and I highly recommend this location

Don't stay, what a mistake
Reviewed By heidipupsI'd stayed here in the past it it wasn't the Hilton but it wasn't THIS bad but now, do not stay here until they clean it up! All I expected was clean room, and beds to sleep in for a few hours while on a trip what I got? No Motel 6 bed cover - just two topo sheets and a fitted sheet on bed (no blankets in drawers or anything), a Door dead bolt didn't work, floor sticky and filthy (dogs walked in over floor - jumped up on bed and immediately paw prints from the floor filth), tv couldn't be turned down using remote, no bath towels or wash cloths in room to wash up, shower bar sagging, bath tub coming apart, toilet seat with 10 or more burn marks in it, smoke stained walls, AND when I arrived I had a guaranteed reservation for a lower floor room - mobility accessible PAID for got in at 9 or so pm and THE PROPERTY had cancelled my room and sold to someone else I suppose ....cause I was told NO room SOLD OUT........(that was a lie)....then suddenly after I presented my confirmation email I got the 3rd floor nightmare of a room they did still have apparently! This stay was unacceptable, I would have left but booking.com said all properties in Tucker GA were sold out :( . I was stuck. I won't make this mistake again at this Franchise Motel 6. Cars in parking lot with hoods up like someone in the repair business living there?..............no place to actually take your dogs for a bio break either if that matters to the next person booking a room here.

Reviewed By looking4JAMMFThis place deserves -10 stars! It is now called Rodeway Inn. It should be called Red Light Rooms. I barely got a wink of sleep all night thanks to the moaning and headboard banging until after 4 am, and the load yelling and door slamming a few rooms down the hall. I asked for a downstairs nonmoking room but the front desk clerk/owner denied having that request. She offered me a smoking room downstairs if I didn't want to do the stairs. That room reeked so badly that this senior lady with bad knees chose to drag my heavy suitcase up the stairs. Oh, and the stair tread edgers were falling apart and repaired with duct tape, as was the nearly empty juice machine! The ceiling panels right inside the door are just hanging. One of the lamps was inoperable. There was a dead bug on the floor by the headboard. The only good thing about this place is the beds and bathroom seemed clean and the water pressure is good. I wouldn't stay here again if they paid me to. It's one of the top 3 worst hotels I've ever stayed in. Don't be lured by the low room price. You want to stay far, far away from this place unless you want to join the line of johns at the next room.

The worst stay ever!!!!!!

He was only semi nice when he charged my credit card and took my cash in error(which i have not received back) they put me and my boyfriend in a room that was suppose to be nonsmoking and it smelled so bad and then we had toilet issues from day 1, i asked to be moved and they just told me they would send maintenance, he snaked the toilet the first night& second night which is a Friday i bring my kids to stay because my job has me working a lot of over time and Vijay says to me oh are those your kids i say yes and i think everything is fine. I also purchased a $5 premium internet that never worked even after calling the customer care number( i would like my money back. And we also complained about the toilet this night as well and they just handed me a plunger through the door. still wouldn't move us next night i get off at 7 am from working 16 hours my finance was headed out the door to go smoke and Vijay aggressively walks up to him and asks where the lady.. well i was in the room trying to sleep. i got up to go pay for my last night there and he rudely ask how many people are in the room and i reply 4 he says no they are 4 adults which it was only 2 i have 2 teenage boys that don't look the least bit grown 14&16 and i tell him ill bring them up to show he cusses me and tells me to get out his hotel. I am calling Wyndham to see about a refund because we didn't have a working toilet the entire stay and i still have pending charges and i paid them cash. also bring exact change cause they round up on your stay instead of giving you your change. He said he owns a microtel in college park and a property in stockbridge i would never spend another penny with him. the rooms are very poor quality and he harasses paying guest instead of the prostitutes and drug addicts he has hanging around his property. they own that motel 6 next to them as well. They need to be shut down the room smelled like mildew and the sofa pull out did as well towels were all stained and housekeeping knocks on everyone's door between 9-10am when check out is not til 11.
