Hotel Faraon is situated on the west side of a small town Trpanj on a Pelješac peninsula, directly facing white pebble beach and offering a unique sea view. Hotel has 116 rooms.Pelješac peninsula is a place of still intact nature and a real Mediterranean as it once was, it is widely known for its gastronomic offer of world famous wines from the grapes off the Dingac slopes, oysters and seashells from Ston restaurants and fresh fish caught in clear seas and prepared in traditional Dalmatian styles in numerous restaurants (Konoba’s).Hotel is located on the west side of Trpanj, some 200 meters distance from the town center and ferry boat dock, it can be reached by low traffic intensity road, or on foot with a casual walk on Trpanj promenade.
This hotel is about one thing and one thing only. The beautiful town of Trpanj. Unfortunately, they are the only game in town so to speak, therefore they have little incentive to be anything better than average. Pro's - we stayed in a premium sea view room. For that we had an average sized room, with two twin beds pushed together and a small TV. In the bathroom we had a full sized bath with a shower over head. While this room was dated, it was comfortable, with functioning climate control and a balcony with exceptional views over the beach and sea beyond. The food in the hotel was relatively well cooked. There was limited choice but for those not willing to venture to one of Trpanj's many reasonably priced and delicious restraunt's, you won't go hungry. There is also a children's pool and adults pool which were fine, if nothing special. Cons: it was advertised that a kids club is present in this hotel. Unfortunately it doesn't seem to be accurate. The hotel do employ two Women to perform this duty, but it seems as if there phone's are much more interesting. We have witnessed them sitting head down, in the shade on there phone's and putting on music on the speaker system, nothing more. The rest of the staff, while friendly seem to mainly consistent of teenagers who wait till the end of the evening to start helping them selves to the self service drinks. This is with the exception of the reception staff and cleaning staff, who were incredibly professional. The all inclusive should have coffee all day long, not just for an hour in the afternoon. I cannot see this being a cost thing, more a staff don't want to bother thing. And there should be more choice of food also. We had one dinner only. We ended up eating out as we felt the choice just two limited. Overall, we would not return ourselves. This hotel isn't really aimed at British Touristst. We have stayed in other hotels where that is the case, but have at least felt welcome. If you just want a base to exli the beautiful scenery, I would suggest a villa would be more cost effective and more enjoyable! But overall, we did have a lovely holiday and the views are amazing

We are a family owned and run B&B located in a historic village on the Peninsula of Peljesac. Surrounded by beaches, vinyards, and a great location to enjoy day trips to neighboring sights such as Korcula, Ston, Dubrovnik, Medugorije, and Mostar. We hope to see you soon!
My wife saw via social media that her previous boss (also a neighbor) was staying at a place in Croatia that looked really interesting. We planned to take the kids to Croatia while visiting family in Poland this year, so she contacted her friend and asked his opinion. He said he would definitely recommend it, so we booked it and we are glad we did. Not only was the house beautiful and accommodating, but the hosts (Lenka & Joe) were also great company. Our kids enjoyed talking with them, even. The food was to die for. The town has old charm and is near other great places to visit. Our girls are asking when we will go back. All in all we would recommend it if you want a great experience outside of the major touristy cities.

Offering air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi and satellite TV just steps away from the sea, Hotel Aurora has a traditional Dalmatian restaurant on site. It is located in the centre of the quiet town of Trpanj. The compact rooms have hardwood floors and a desk. The private bathroom comes with shower and free toiletries. The breakfast is included in the rate and is served whenever guests wake up. The property offers a complimentary dinner on the last night for guests staying longer than 5 days. Day trips to Hvar, Korčula and Ston can be arranged on request with a surcharge. Rental of bicycle and motor bikes is also available on request for an additional charge. A bus stop and a port terminal with ferry links to Ploče are within 100 metres from the Aurora. The historic part of Trpanj is 200 metres away. There is a bus station in the town of Ploče, which can be reached in a 45-minute ride. The nearest airport is in Dubrovnik, 150 km away. Local travel agencies can arrange shuttle service.
Simply as is spelled in the title of my review - the best goulash in town and in general I had recently + spicy sauce on the side. Chef John McGrath and I went to Aurora for dinner. Perfect restaurant choice + Plavac Mali of Domo Antunovic winery suggested by our waiter Ivan made our experience A+.

Przestrzegam wszystkich naiwnych, poza lokalizacją i ciszą to ogólna porażka.
