Reviewed By Debbie HJust spent 4 nights here with family as we attended a wedding. 1st may I thank the hotel reception for there concern and professionalism on the speedy response for my partner who slipped in the shower. Ambulance called and was at the hotel within 5 minutes .Thankfully all good. Nice hotel rooms very clean and hotel and grounds spotless. Food was hit and miss. We ate out every evening and breakfast wasn't that great. We did have lunch and me not being a great seafood eater struggled to find something filling so we ate out. Lovely hotel but wouldn't recommend to anyone with fussy eaters.

Reviewed By Kym CMy family just checked in. The customer service was horrible. I spoke with 2 front desk people about the room not being the room we paid for. Both acted indifferent and just not nice. Then we asked if there was a place on the property our dog could chill out for just for a couple hours, again we were met with indifference and they could not have cared less. Then when we walked in to the room we had it reales of mildew and they picture should explain why. The rooms are not clean and not well taken care of. This is certainly not a 4 star and I will not come back. Think twice before staying here

Reviewed By Norma SThe parador was once a castle and dominates over the town. The building is spacious and the grounds and common areas are attractive. There are many areas in which to relax. The pool is quietly located and has more wonderful views. Staff are extremely helpful.

Reception staff, not great but improved as the evening went on. Stayed twice September and November due to proximity of AP7, no other reason. We were on our way back from 39.nights in a 3*,hotel 100% better. Will never stay here again. Hospitality staff must realise that friendliness and smiley face are a pre requesit of front of house, so important. We are ex hotel owners in UK so know a little about general standards. Surely the objective has to be to extract as much money as is possible from residents, this did not apply. Nothing was inviting enough. Who are the losers.

Reviewed By Quinnkings42Lovely clean room with kitchen area no cups or plates or cutlery tho or a kettle love my tea so would have liked these nice and cool room and had aircon too which was very quiet pool area lovely lovely cliff walks to beach ,staff work very very hard a big big thankyou to Jess our waitress she was amazing and looked after us so well as we were the only English guests at the time pool area was great and the entertainment guy was amazing and used his google to translate food was lovely always something to eat loved the fresh bread and the fish a lovely stay and much neede rest thankyou but please stock your kitchen areas with untesils xxx

We want to go back and stay at the Hotel which had beautiful grounds and another restaurant in the garden which looked very good. Staff were excellent and would recommend it to anybody.

The situation of the hotel is ideal as it's virtually on the beach and just a short walk into town and to the port. The rooms are spotlessly clean and comfortable with beautiful views of the pool and the beach. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed for holidays so we were only able to have breakfast. Parking is easy as there is plenty of room in front of the hotel. I would certainly recommend this hotel .

Overpriced and poor quality
Reviewed By nw05250My entire experience here was poor. Little to no wifi signal. The cabin was small and pokey. There was no linen or towels offered. The bathroom was ridiculously small. The staff weren't friendly. The beach was dirty and water full of floatsam. The best part of the experience was handing back the key the next morning to leave. I was on a 3 month cycle trip form Spain to Norway and of all the camp sites I stayed in (over 30 of them ) this was in my top 3 worst experiences

Reviewed By 920artohMy room reservation system on Thu Nov 19 claimed that there are no rooms available, but as I had decided to test this hotel, I called them. Very friendly welcome at a hotel that was practically closed because of COVID-19. I do admit that the automated check-in was too easy for me and I needed assistance, but as I have reserved a right to learn, next time I will know how it works. The room provided me with a perfecr view: my car parked in front of the hotel. They even offered a breakfast to me in the morning. I was positively surprised by this hotel and will definetely visit them again.
