Reviewed By EMR651The hotel is beautifully designed - we had a lovely seaview villa with balcony looking directly over the beach. We swam every day in the clear water and saw a turtle ( and sea snakes) The service was outstanding and the staff look after your every need. A number speak very good English. We really enjoyed the excellent food in the restaurant - every night we were given a wonderful array of dishes. The chef accommodated my husband’s request for no meat with some fantastic vegetable and seafood dishes. We were encouraged to sample the local shochu “Amami rum” which was delicious. Thoroughly recommend this hotel for those wanting a chilled break.

Reviewed By ginza-angelMoved from a lovely house in Naze town for the last few days of our trip as we hoped to have a resort feel end to our holiday. It was a mistake. The room is basic, small and old. It feels like it is in the car park and the banging of car doors kept us awake at night. the breakfast is Ok but nothing special. Staff at check in were nice but we won’t stay here again.

Guest House in Tebiro Tatsugo Cho in Amami Oshima. 1 minute walk to the famous surf Tebiro coast. Because we have room of dormitory, we can stay with cheap . People who came to stay at a guesthouse, they are excited about trips and travel stories, and we can communicate with each other easily. Let’s all be friends and enjoy the wonders of Amami Oshima together.

Reviewed By allanshaw1234Warning to all familys staff are rude acarde is dirty never asked for change for parking you will be thrown out far better and safer acardes on sea front which are professional in management unlike the falmingo marine terrace margate itsnot a welcome place for families to spend thier cash the cranes are also very poor value set at around 1-90 ratio to win a toy.

Reviewed By Dreamer545375奄美大島で初サーフィンなのでガイドをお願いしました。まず電話の時点で印象が悪かったです。寝起きのような声で出るので、大丈夫かな、、、と心配になりました。 ガイドをお願いしたので一緒に海に入ってくれるのかな？と思っていたら、手広ビーチでの注意点のみを簡単に教えてもらっただけで、後は自分達で勝手にやって〜！って感じでした。 お店のスタッフさんは感じが悪く、挨拶をしてもガン無視でした。40代の位のお姉さんが胸糞悪いくらい感じが悪く、海でローカルの上手な人の邪魔にならないよう場所を変えようとしたところ、「ここはうまい人の場所だから、あっちでやって」と怒られました。(あっちとは砂浜に近い場所で下が岩の危ない所)でやれと言われる。 下手な自分が悪いので邪魔になったことは反省ですが、、、言い方が感じ悪い。 シャワーやお風呂があるのでまぁーいいだろうって感じです。 シャワーの使い方でも、排水溝が砂だらけになるので一度水で砂を流してからシャワーを使ってと言われる。普通は砂を落として入るし、、、、 シャワーも暗くなると灯りが微妙なので使いにくい。 3日間、ボードとウエットを借りたが11月で寒いの長袖、短パンのしかレンタルがなく東京に戻ってから体調を崩しました。 長男曰く、ローカルの人でも薄着です。と言うがローカルの人誰一人薄着はいなく、長袖長ズボンでした。 ボードを3日間レンタルする約束になっていて、最終日に支払うことを言ってあるのに、旅行中に電話が来てレンタル代払わないで逃げるのか？と連絡が入りました。頭が悪すぎて言葉が出なく失笑です（笑） 正直言って胸糞悪いショプで、二度と利用したくなです。人として言い方がなってないし、サービス業の心得がなくがっかりしました。あんな態度なので島の人は観光客に対して皆さんあんなひどい対応かと思ってしまいます。世界遺産の島に選ばれたのでサービス業とは何かと学んだ方が良いかと思います。お客さん来なくなると思います。

Reviewed By Sonson8686嵐かもしれない中2泊しました。まず目の前が海です。散歩できます。駐車場あり。目の前バス停ありです。 コンビニなどは車はすぐかもしれないけど、歩いたりするには遠いです。 ハートロックは歩いていけます。砂浜を歩いて行けるし、窓からもあの辺がハートロックとわかります。 インフォメーションもアクセサリーなどが沢山置いていて目を惹きます！玄関には足洗い場あり、玄関入ると足拭きタオルまであります！ 部屋は大きな窓あり、海が一望できます。壁に備え付けられたテレビあり。ハンガーあり、タオルバスタオル、歯ブラシ、ドライヤー、冷蔵庫あり。ポット貸りることもできました。冷蔵庫の中は水ペットボトル、ビール2本サービスあり、マグカップグラスあり。エアコンあり。布団あり！クッションあり、押し入れあり！ソファーあり。 トイレすごくきれい。 お風呂綺麗です！シャンプーリンスボディーソープあり、綿棒あり、T字カミソリあり。 何よりも、親切なご夫婦が印象に残りました。一回のベランダにはご家族様の手形！ 庭には木があり、そのまわりまでおしゃれです。 すごい良いゲストハウスです。 居心地よく過ごせました。

深夜にムカデにかま.れ、医者へ。しかし謝罪なし、宿代全額払わされた
Reviewed By snafkin2014深夜３時に自分の部屋で体長１５センチのムカデにかまれました。アナフラキシーショックを起こし、医者に行きました（救急車を呼んでくれず、医者がオープンするまでムカデのいる部屋で待たされた）。頭痛・血圧上昇・吐き気・胃の痛みなどが４日間続きました。宿オーナーは医者への送迎と、診療費は払ってくれましたが、あとは自己責任という姿勢で、宿代満額を払わされ、まだふらふらしているのに１０時にチェックアウト時間どおりに追い出されました（まだムカデがいる部屋でずっと寝かされた。チェックアウト時に毛布をまくると、やはりムカデがいました）。しかも謝罪もなし（「最初にすみませんと１回言った」とのこと）。後の予定をキャンセルしたり、次の宿で事情を話して早めに寝込んだり、胃痛のため食事はおかゆやヨーグルト、果物ばかりで、やつれました。楽しいはずの旅行がつらくて苦しいものになってしまいました。１週間たっても、かゆみと軽い痛みがあります。誠意のない対応といい、部屋の中で被害にあったのだから、宿の管理責任があると考えます。慰謝料を求めるため、弁護士と相談中。

染色体験で宿泊なら◎
Reviewed By uo768乳幼児が宿泊可なっていましたが、チェックインして愕然。 部屋は急な階段を上がってすぐ。柵などの防止策もなし。 大きくない一軒家で部屋の向かいに別の二部屋も宿泊者がいて、全然ゆっくり過ごせません。 一階は、リビング、キッチン、風呂がありますが、当然他のお客さんが利用していたら使えません。
