Reviewed By YumiBaNow you don´t have to stay in Estelí or other nearby towns to visit Somoto Canyon, Rual´s is enough comfortable. Clean rooms, spacious bathroom, nice breakfast. You can request "nacatamal" instead of typical nica breakfast. Staff hospitable.

Reviewed By pasenviedecaOur guide Luis was amazing and we really enjoyed our tour! Not only did we have fun in a wonderful context but we could also discover surrounding nature thanks to Luis’ huge knowledge. We stayed at Franklin’s who cooked us great breakfasts and dinner. Room is simple but ok. Everyone involved was nice and prices were totally ok! We highly recommend it!

Ok for Somoto
Reviewed By SunnyW358Somoto does not have too many hotels, so considering the choices available (or lack there of), this hotel was OK. Rooms were very small and could hardly move inside the double room, but it was basically clean had functioning bathroom with hot water. The bathroom light (with ventilation fan) was loud enough to keep one awake. Beds were comfortable. Although hotel announced having free wi-fi, it was hard to get an Internet connection. There, however, was CNN on TV, which really surprised us. Breakfast was included and it was pretty good. The serving lady was very nice. So, if we need to come back to Somoto, we would probably come here again.

Cuenta con un personal muy agradable y dan una atención como si estuvieras en casa . Me llevo una experiencia única y especial .

Great place, great tours and great family!
Reviewed By LampofulmineWe stayed at Casa Ricardo for one night earlier this week and it was simply great. The room was literally newly furnished and the bed was super comfy. There's no wifi but the views of the surroundings are simply great! The shower, well, its a VERY basic shower with only a bucket of water to shower yourself but if you're a bit of an adventurer it not going to be a problem (but that's why the one star less). The price was very very cheap in relationship to what you can find around (5$/pp). In the evening, he also picked us up from Somoto town since he was around and brought back for free. Ricardo also does the cheapest tours to the Canyon of the surroundings, including lunch, guide, waterproof bag and all you might need! All in all it was great staying at Ricardo's and if the shower would have been a little better I'm sure his place would be flooded with people!!! Definitely suggest staying at Ricardo's if you want to have a family experience and the best tours of the Cañon!!!
