There are 18 apartments in seven new houses, respecting the traditional Asturian architecture. We have studios with terrace, one bedroom apartments and two bedroom apartments, of which some have balcony or gallery. They are surrounded by a large green area and parking area free closed. All apartments are equipped with cooker, microwave, refrigerator, television TDT, telephone, Internet access, heating and air conditioning.
New, clean & near Oviedo
Reviewed By judit_withouthWe were looking for a place near Oviedo but in the countryside, and this apartments were perfect. Just 10 minutes from the city, they were next to a small town called Colloto. Each room has its own kitchen (with all the cooking tools), so it's very convenient if your budget is limited. All the furniture was new, the room and bathroom were big and clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It has its own free parking spot too. Wifi works correctly.

Reviewed By tybrafThe hotel was everything I needed; it's easy to travel by car to different points in Asturias, the room was spic and span with a really comfortable bed, it was always easy to park for free outside and the typical Asturian foods were tasty. But the main reason I would choose this hotel to come to again would be the very friendly and professional quality of service from the staff in hotel who were ever-helpful with suggestions on where to go and what to do.

Reviewed By steph pquite difficult to find this place, we had booked it for a one night stay over on our journey. the sign from the road was giving a different hotel name and only once we had passed the turning did we see that this was the hotel we were looking for. the room was basic, but pretty clean. it had a huge window which was great because it was a boiling hot day. we needed the put up bed, which was just a little camp bed in the corner of the room, was is fine, but we sat on it to find that the frame had no slats to hold up the mattress and we ended up on the floor - very funny!!! we told the lady at reception and within an hour, the frame was replaced and a good nights sleep was had! not very well staffed, the lady there, did the reception, bar, kitchen, room service etc etc. but even though she was run off her feet she was quite friendly although got grumpier throughout the evening. when we had booked the room the information had advised they had 24 hr restaurant / room service available, this wasn't to be the case. but we did stop some café menus in the reception area and the lady eventually agreed to warm us a couple of pizzas up which we ate in our room. the shower was great and as advertised. the hotel was quite far from anything, so you would probably need a car if you wanted to get out and about. although there did seem to be some tourist sites and bus service information in the reception. the car park is large and there is a patio area and childrens play area, but it did all look quite neglected, but was fine to sit out for an hour. cheap and cheerful really!!!

Looking out from the hotel you can relax, as you see the central green valleys and the panoramic view of “La Cordillera Cantábrica”. You will find this landscape sometimes crisp and bright and at other times hazy and mysterious, but always fresh and beautiful. Our small, delightful hotel has three bedrooms and spacious communal areas. It is located on an estate of 20.000 square metres, which provides the ideal environment to rest and enjoy the local flora and fauna. It is a place for walking, cycling or just thinking. The Hotel is very close to both the coast and the mountains, offering comfort, privacy and independence, the perfect place for you to discover Asturias.
Just Wonderful
Reviewed By Ian LWe were at Hotel El Mirador de Ordiales in September and have been searching for the words to describe it ever since. Can’t do it justice. It made me think about the word “wonderful “. This place is just full of wonder. If you are an artist, a lover, gardener, photographer or just looking to get away, this is the place to be. It is up in the hills, 15 minutes from the busy Asturian town of Pola De Siero. Each morning brought fresh views as the mists below cleared, first to reveal little islands of hilltops and then the expanse of Asturias across to the Mountains of Leon. All framed by the vast variety of plants in the gardens. The room was excellent, very clean and comfortable. The breakfasts were fulsome, Asturian, varied and locally sourced; more than sufficient to get you through to the afternoon siesta. Maria was a truly great hostess. They don't serve dinner but we find that a plus, preferring to choose from the local sidrerias, restaurants and bars of which there are an abundance in the town. Will be going back.

Hotel de “carretera”
Reviewed By CenissSi buscas un hotel de paso, este puede ser tu hotel. Lo qe si, no dispone de recepción. La entrada se hace mediante un código que te envían a tu teléfono. Únicamente (o yo por lo menos) vi por la mañana personal de limpieza, al cual poder pedir alguna “almohada “ más… La tele de la habitación de las pequeñas, el suelo con moqueta del siglo pasado, y el colchón no le iría nada mal un cambio… se notaban los muelles todos que tenían, y las almohadas muchas cabezas pasaron por ellas, estaban súper finas y blandurrias. No hay cafetería, únicamente una máquinas de cafe de monedas ( del malo de 0,50 €) y una máquina con algunas botellas y bolleria y poco más. Lo que si hay, es una cafetería espectacular a escasos 3 minutos en coche, junto a la itv, donde se desayuna espectacular y muy bien de precio. Si quieres domir porque buscas algo de paso bien, si no, yo buscaría otro sitio.

Reviewed By GynaCMLa experiencia muy buena en general, de precio me pareció muy justo, ya que la habitación si es pequeña pero con todo lo necesario para hacer tu estancia agradable y la limpieza de 10. Debo decir que lo que más me gusto fue la atención, la persona que limpia muy atenta y muy buena gente. Además, la atención de la encargada maravillosa, dispuesta a ayudarte y solucionar cualquier inquietud durante la estancia.
