Good location. Due to the issue we had on arrival with the cold room, would have appreciated a gesture like free indoor parking

When we arrived to room was very cold as the cleany staff did not check before our arrival that the themostat in the room was on off.

Disappointing dinner experience
Reviewed By LoregirltravelPoor experience as non-guest coming for dinner. The waiter was rather rude, the food was nothing special and on the pricey side. We had a tuna carpaccio which barely had any tuna and a swordfish which was bald and tasteless. The market salad was nice and a good size for the price. I wouldn’t go back just to eat there. Cannot say about staying at the hotel

Perfect service and very cosy
Reviewed By inge425The location of the hotel is perfect, on a little square in the centre of Samnaun village, surrounded by beautifull cosy shops and the mountains. we booked a premium room. Large enough! Bathroom with bath/shower - I prefer a walk in shower, but it was fine. Good bed for a good nightrest. We booked in half board : really good food, compared to the price you pay. entree, soup, a main course and desert. In the morning you choose. Good wine list! Daniela and her team are extremely friendly and warm: big thank you to Julia at reception, Sylvia in the restaurant and Julia at the bar. So kind and such a good service! Nice wellsness with different sauna's, whirlpool etc... we enjoyed the guided evening walk and the sledging. We will go back there! Really good value for money.

One night staz
Reviewed By WondeerfulworldHotel is old style but with a fresh light feeling. Our room was small but fine for one night. The staff provided a good service while we stayed at the hotel. I left my jacket behind in our room and they posted home to me which I thought was great, I have never had that kind of service before. The village is nice with only one road in and out around the mountains.

Terrible service
Reviewed By RonnyCsNice place in beautiful location but rude and greedy host. Ignored our wishes despite multiple reminders. Have not experienced such a disrespectful behavior in years. Very unfortunate for the location we would have come back and have brought friends. This place is now clearly a No.

Nice sauna and rest room Yet, if tou have kids and you're not a cleaning freak, that's not the place for you The lady owner is watching every step you make, checking even if you drop the garbage before you're leaving Towel change is a dream. We were never asked if needed Some rooms are newly refurbished, some are old. We were not that lucky

We chose room 14 with a sunny balcony and beautiful walk in shower. Christian and Cornelia showed us several newly renovated rooms with different themes and they are all outstandingly stylish. Food and drink are delicious with excellent personal service. Nothing is ever too much trouble . One improvement was the sauna area which is now bookable for personal rather than communal use. We recommend this hotel which is faultless. Cornelia knows her wines and her choices are to be followed. She has also started to have some craft beers in the bar - the dark stout is tasty ! Christians dinners are remarkable with flair and imagination . The hosts combine to produce a special friendly atmosphere which is most pleasant .

Reviewed By MaxieK16We stayed in the Nevada Hotel in SAMNAUN, which is part of a family run hotel. Cozy fit out, beautiful and modern room ideal for 2 adults and 2 kids. We had a huge balcony and a view over the mountain. Kids loved the large indoor pool and jungle gym outside. We enjoyed the Spa a lot after a successful day on the mountain.The breakfast was great, we loved the fresh bread varieties. The village is small, you can walk everywhere. On top of that you can basically start skiing behind the house to the cable car and end at the hotel as well. The hotel offers their own shuttles, which run constantly...we never had to wait.Due to Corona there was not much Apres Ski or any party vibe, but that didn't bother us at all. The Nevada has a small supermarket, so you can make a little something for the kids before dinner time. There was no Christmas market, but lots of decoration...so if you are planning to celebrate Christmas there, it might be a good idea to bring stuff along. We would definitely stay at the Nevada Hotel again!
