Amazing experience
Reviewed By pablom73Spent one night here with my family and experienced firsthand the Croatian warmth of this family run hotel. Rooms are modern, neat and with plenty of amenities to enjoy. It is located only 300mts from the beach and only 10' away from Makarska, a lovely town. Kudos to Ivica and Alenka for treating your guests as family and for providing an exceptional service end to end. I will definitely come back next year

Nice place, amazing landscape, wonderful hosts
Reviewed By horaceb680I have spent my summer vacation there for 9 nights. There is a small vila with 10-12 spacious rooms with fridge, air-conditioning and balcony. The vila is situated up to the hill, nearby the national road (surprising but there was not any road noise inside the room, maybe do to their perfect soundproof windows), with a gorgeous view to the beach, village and the mountain. Extraordinary hosts, very nice and helpfully who did all the best to have a relaxing time. Thank you to this nice and warm family who owns the place, The breakfast is excellent, not too much, not to less just enough and 100% natural (home made juice and yogurt, different types of omelette, good sweets).

More than expected
Reviewed By Azriel_11Just as shown on the photos, you get what you book. All sea view rooms were booked, so we took the one with balcony and backyard view. It was not big, but enough for the 2 of us, since we preper only breakfast and all other meals we had out. This room was perfect for sleep, very quiet. Prices are maybe higher than in some other accommodation we were, but here you get good value for money. It is has a nice, calming interior, it is very clean and directly at the beach.

Så super fräscha fina nya lägenheter!
Reviewed By sf-73Blev så glad när vi äntligen hittade ett boende som passade oss. Nytt o super fräscht. Fantastiskt fin lägenhet och stor terass. Vi blev så ledsna av att vi blev tvungna att lämna så fort pga grannarna. Skulle absolut återvända !! Fantastiskt trevligt och tillmötesgående syskonpar som sköter stället! Rekommenderas verkligen o perfekt avstånd till strand o restauranger.

Sutic Villa is a family hotel located in the center of Promajna. Nearest beach is 400 meters from the center and 300 metara. Rasplazemo 6 rooms with balconies overlooking the sea. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, TV, wi-fi, bathroom, 3 telephone. Takoder has apartments for 5 or more persons, for all guests parking and a welcome drink.

TOP - Ferienwohnung - alles perfekt!
Reviewed By Chello133Wir (2 Erwachsene & 1 Kind) haben im August 2019 unseren Sommerurlaub in der Ferienwohnung von Familie Schmidt verbracht und waren voll auf begeistert! Auch als "Promajna-Neuling" war das Objekt problemlos zu finden. Sie befindet sich im oberen Bereich der Ortschaft und man kann in aller Ruhe abends auf der Terrasse (alles da, was man braucht ... inklusive einem Griller) sitzen - Blick auf´s Meer inklusive! Die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung und ist sehr gepflegt! Die komplette Abwicklung war problemlos und angenehm. In den Betten schläft es sich wie zu Hause und beim Duschen hat man keinerlei Wasserprobleme! Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet ... alle Geräte sind top in Schuss und es fehlt einem an nichts. Im Zuge des Urlaubs trat ein (in meinem Verschulden liegendes Problem) auf und konnte dies sofort und absolut unkompliziert am Telefon bzw. per Whatsapp geklärt und erledigt werden! Das Ehepaar Schmidt als Vermieter und die Ferienwohnung an sich kann und wird vollends empfohlen und wir freuen uns schon auf den Urlaub 2020, den wir gerne wieder in dieser Ferienwohnung verbringen!

TOP-Apartment in sehr guter Lage
Reviewed By 145anettebModernes und zeitlos eingerichtetes Apartment ohne Schnickschnack! Alles sehr sauber! Genügend Handtücher vorhanden. Genügend Schränke zum Verstauen der eigenen Sachen. Klimaanlagen funktionierten sehr gut und waren sehr leise. Sehr gute Lage. Eigener Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Schöne große Terrasse. Waschmaschine im Apartment (Bad). Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten: Ggf. etwas zu wenig Geschirr (Anzahl der Tassen, Teller etc.)?? Es wäre vielleicht auch gut gewesen, wenn Reinigungsutensilien (größerer Besen, Wisch-Mopp, Putzmittel etc.) vorhanden gewesen wären. Wenn man 2 Wochen dort verbringt, würde man eventuell auch zwischendurch mal reinigen wollen ;-) ...

Super beliggenhet med hyggelig vertskap
Reviewed By Mona HØnsker du nærhet til det meste er dette plassen for deg. Flott utgangspunkt for gå- og sykkelturer. Værten var meget serviceminded og stod til tjeneste døgnet rundt. Leilighet hadde det du trengte, nyoppusset og ren. Takk for et supert opphold. Vi kommer tilbake??

Flott leilighet
Reviewed By eirikgrimstad_2019Stor og flott leilighet for familie på 4. Flotte fasiliteter og fin uteplass. Butikken er ca 10 meter fra leiligheten og man bruker 2 minutter til stranden. Vi hadde leid bil og man brukte ca 10 minutter å kjøre inn til Makarska eller 5 min til Basko Voda. Det er og en fin liten promenade i Promanja med gode restauranter. Rolig og nydlig område. Det var god parkeringsplass tilknyttet leiligheten. Vil absolutt anbefale denne leiligheten. Kommer gjerne tilbake hit.
