Could be really nice if they cleaned the pool area and kept up with the chemicals
Reviewed By Alissa CHotel room was ok for two nights, clean. The bathroom has an outlet with an led light that is bright and bothered us at night. The shower was slippery and my daughter slipped twice. The pool area is what sold us but it was not as pictured. Pool was murky and needed shocked. Hot tub was smelly and had green around the top and dirt floating. Furniture was sticky and not wiped down. There is ZERO shade, no umbrellas and the shaded area is locked up for some reason. The pros are the breakfast had a lot of options. The seating area above the pool was nice at night to sit outside. Staff was friendly. This place could be really nice if they power washed the pool deck and kept up with the chemicals and cleaning outside.

Reviewed By brmullins1I stayed here with my pup while traveling through the area for work. I was very satisfied with my stay, check in and out were simple and the front desk staff were very friendly. I was pleasantly surprised to have a ground floor room with a sliding glass door to easily take my dog outside. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. I would happily stay again if traveling in the area. Prices were also very reasonable for the area.

Reviewed By BubbaG1812Well let me clarify for the people thinking should I or shouldn’t I. U shouldn’t unless u get a lake view which helps u not be in the room that long. Rooms are old, outdated! U don’t feel clean in the clean. I will say sheets were clean n so were the towels. It’s just an older property. I wouldn’t stay here more than a day but for the price and the kind worker behind the counter I stayed. The lake view is amazing though. Also the main doors don’t need to get a key to get into the buildings; major security issue in my eyes. The room has a key just not the building.

Good and Bad
Reviewed By Martin GFirst the good. The staff was friendly and helpful and the location is very good. While the bad may seem to be nit picky there were enough items that I feel they need to be mentioned. The TV was not working and needed to have someone make a service call to make the needed adjustment. The computer was also not functioning properly and this could not be corrected. The call wake up system did not work. The staff tried to make the needed fixes but they could not fix everything.

Reviewed By Journey649706Great hotel! Have been there before in 2019, and because of the cleanliness, excellent care of the staff and the great breakfast they have, we returned this year. We had an early morning rafting trip planned, which included 3 children, where we had to be to before the breakfast opened but because we wouldn’t have food for hours, they let us eat! Kudos!

Reviewed By sylvieproClean, our room was updated, view of Glen Canyon Dam from window. All staff friendly and responsive. Restaurant staff great, restaurant was out of several items making it difficult for my husband (who doesn't eat meat or poultry) to have a choice for dinner. They were out of trout both nights we were there. Otherwise dinner and buffet breakfast was good. Would return if ever in that area again.
