The staff could not be more friendly and helpful. The pool, grounds, gardens and facilities are excellent. Our apartment is much bigger and better than any similar establishment we have stayed in in other countries in Europe. Very comfortable, well equipped and private patio. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Coffee excellent. This is a really excellent base from which to explore the stunning surrounding area. It is not often the kids (well adults at this stage) are delighted. My daughter has asked if she can come back again next year (which says an immense amount). Well done to the family team at Le Champ d’Eysson Aparthotel

In a quiet environment, near Lake Saint Cassien and the valley of Siagne, we welcome you for a relaxing stay in comfortable rooms, each one with bathroom (large shower) and separated toilet, : SCULPTURE Room for 2 persons, 1 extra bed possible for 1 person, ART room for 2 people, MUSIC room for 2 people, one extra bed possible for 1 people, PAINTING room for 2 people, an extra bed possible for 1 person, PHOTOGRAPHY room for 4 people. Near woods, the property is now planted with old olive trees, roses, lavender and jasmine. A secure swimmingpool - heated from april or may (depending of the weather) to october-, a well-equipped kitchen and traditional petanque area make you stay, pleasant.

Reviewed By ButziieFirst of all: we had a perfect stay again at Jaques and Didiers lovely Bed&Breakfast (1st stay was in 2018). So when one is coming back again a location is really worth it . Furthermore our accompanying friends where of the same opinion. The rooms are nicely furnitured, spacious, clean and have different themes like „photography“ or „music“. They are well equipped and nothing is missing. We highly appreciated the neat bathroom and the walk-in-shower with non-slippery tiles, perfect for little ones and adults, too. The garden was a again a pleasure to see with its big variety of different local plants. The perfectly embedded pool brought so much fun to all of us. Due to the current pandemic the Summer Kitchen got some nice new furniture to take account for the hygienic requirements. It is well equipped (two big fridges, cooking materials, dishes, dishwasher!, ice machine…), outside the kitchen two types of grills are found for a nice barbecue. Breakfast is served by Didier with selfmade bread and different selfmade jams and completed with Croissants and Baguette. Different cheeses and Fruits and Yoghurts are available, too. The area around is very nice and various activities can be performed. One can hike in the hills, stay at the pool, drive to the near lake, or visit the beautiful small villages in the neighborhood. The Sea is just a 30min drive away. So as conclusion: this accomodation is highly recommended and in this time of the pandemic it was a priceless change and diversion from the momentarily situation. We enjoyed dinner with them 4 evenings and fun chats over pre dinner drinks. Christine is a very good cook and hostess,Xavier a good gardener,pool boy barman and kitchen help.Not forgetting Jenny the 12 year old entertainer !!!

Relaxed atmosphere, beautiful setting
Reviewed By bloatedstomachFor the first week of our Province holiday we wanted to be close enough to the coastal hotspots to be able to reach them without too long a drive, but at the same time be away from the big summer crowds. And then we found Let Gites du Lac. From the moment I first found this place on Tripadvisor I knew it was perfect for us, but my even my high expectations were more than met when we got there. The setting is obviously a big drawcard and the house has been built to take advantage of it's position overlooking the lake. From the bedroom windows as well as from the veranda, one has an amazing view over the trees towards the Lac de St. Cassien. It is only a short walk (5 minutes) to the lake, although to the boat house and jetty is a bit further. The house itself is very tastefully decorated and the rooms, while not huge, are comfortable and very attractively designed and have everything you need. The kitchen has pretty much everything necessary for self catering and although there is a decent sized table for eating at, we generally decided to eat out on the veranda. Each morning starts with a lovely french breakfast on the veranda served by our friendly host with freshly baked breads, croissants, jams and cheeses and a good cup of coffee. Although we didn't otherwise have that much to with our hosts, they have really created an amazing, relaxed atmosphere here which makes visitors feel welcome and really on holiday. We both thoroughly enjoyed staying here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good base for exploring this region of south west France.

B&B OK, but not special. Some typical aspects! Minimalistic.
Reviewed By janbnlWe had chosen for the bigger room, Autan. Size of the room was OK and the bed measured a spacious 1.80 x 2.00 meters. The duvets were minimalistic, they had more or less the same size as the bed. In other words they are too short. Consequence: feet with mosquito bites in the morning. The shower served its purposes but was small sized. Upon arrival there was no shampoo and no hand soap. When the landlady was asked for these items, she went looking in a basket where the left overs from their travels apparently were kept and we received the items. The location is remote/isolated and you have to drive some km's over narrow dark and low quality roads to get to the place. If you want a remote and quiet place that maybe OK. For us, who want to go out for dinner in the evening and had to drive back, it was less pleasant. The owners have two dogs that both are nice and well controlled by them, but better mention this on the website. For my wife this is absolutely a no go. Breakfast was virtually void. Some pastries as croissants and pain au chocolate and some thimble sized portions of home made jams. When we asked for some salty things, we had a bit of cheese on the next morning and some halves slices of game the other one. All so minimalistic, no generosity at all. Probably all with the best intentions, but as well the landlady as her husband were in a literally continuous speaking mode during breakfast. Forget that you can speak with your partner, there is no room for that. Well, that sums it all up, we didn't have a bad time there, but we also didn't feel that we were having value for money (€ 110 per night). I really didn't feel that the owners want to have guests and take care that they have a good time when they are on their premises. The only B&B (during our three week trip through France and the North of Spain) that wanted to receive a signed contract in advance in order to accept our reservation and on the other hand didn't give us an invoice even nor when asked.

Fantastic for day trips to Cannes, Saint Raphael, Monaco etc. Close to restaurants, supermarkets and the beautiful village of Montauroux. Very friendly receptionist who had lots of local knowledge. Would recommend this to anyone who needs a chill out holiday in the South of France. I will definitely be back again to this complex.

Reviewed By cora49Location située dans un ensemble de 6 appartements. La maison située au RDC était d'une propreté exemplaire , ce qui est assez rare dans les locations. Tout est prévu pour cuisiner , faire un barbecue ou se reposer.... Elle est bien orientée pour être toujours à l'ombre, il fait frais , à peine besoin de clim. Les propriétaires sont très à l'écoute et toujours de bon conseil. Tout est fait pour que le séjour se passe bien. La piscine est top, des raquettes de tennis de table et des boules de pétanque sont mises à disposition dans chaque maison. Encore bravo aux propriétaires !
