Overlooking the magnificent lagoon of Mon Choisy, our Apart Hotel is next to the one of the most beautiful and longest beaches where you can swim, snorkel, sail or soak up the north coast sun. A short walk will bring you to a number of activities such as water sports, tennis, horse riding, deep sea fishing or enjoy a drink in the nearby friendly restaurant. This Apart Hotel offers the perfect sun and fun holiday with the swimming pool and beach to laze around, whilst the more fun lovers can head further north, a 10 minute drive to the cosmopolitan coastal town of Grand Bay renowned for its restaurants, bars and shops.

Lovely greeting on arrival, special mention to Allan he is a wonderful and very talented all round entertainer. Not so good to be said for the hotel, the rooms were old and run down. On the first day we had a bottle of water in the room, second day we asked our cleaner for more to be told, it’s only the first day free (we were all inclusive)!! We had to ask the bar staff for it daily! Tea and coffee supplies the same! We had supplies first day but they were used on arrival, I asked for supplies for the morning and was told “you won’t get anymore till morning”!! The milk was powder and not liquid! Lovely clean thick towels changed daily, restaurant was very poor and looked generally dirty, flies, pidgeons, in fact every time you moved from your table if you left anything on your plate it would be attacked by birds within seconds! We normally eat lots of salad on holiday but this looked so unappetising in an old dirty cabinet we had none! Lovely comfortable sofas in the bar area but no entertainment, only local dancers on the first night, after that it was music, locals singing and dancing, not entertaining at all. I felt cheated at this hotel as far as all inclusive goes, bar closed at 10pm - not that we are big drinkers. There was no mattresses on the sunbeds which meant we were sat on hard plastic loungers, very uncomfortable. Special thanks to head barman Phil, wonderful, honest and polite guy, overall would not recommend this hotel, these are honest comments and to travel for almost 24 hours, I wasn’t impressed, please feel free to ask me anything

Reviewed By 6bgfj85rBeen to this place and i cant decide how i feel about this place What i liked: Cosy and quiet place Nice and clean rooms Overall good and tasty food Restaurant manager - Prakash who was really nice and provided excellent service What i disliked: No one greets you at the hotel entrance and escort you to your room when you come for the 1st time...as if you are expected to know the whereabouts of the hotel. There is nobody to help you carry bags to your room The overall inability of the receptionist to clearly speak in the language you are speaking to her The overall rudeness of the staff and lack of finesse when approaching and taking to clients Lack of finesse when taking plates off your table Staff having no clue what room number you are in and proposing you things that are not in your package Staffs clearly having no training at all on how to welcome, interact and treat guests Staffs looking at you with blank faces when coming to the restaurant with no explanation whatsoever of the menu or the seating place staffs forgetting about my dessert and having to remind them after 30 minutes of waiting... A beef burger which was uncooked What i believe us UNACCEPTABLE: Sticking an invoice to my room's door for an unpaid drink which i have supposedly consumed... Which after query was a mistake at their end...these types of mistakes should have been picked up way before coming to my door... And stiking unpaid invoices to people's door is not what i would call acceptable for a hotel

Lovely hotel
Reviewed By 347philmGreat little hotel about a 25 minute walk into town. Quiet but with a smattering of great restaurants a few minutes walk away. Pool was great and the breakfast, both cooked and continental, were made with pride. Extra star for the owner allowing us to check out very late due to our evening flight.

Reviewed By Juliame75Perfect location near one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, Mont Choisy. Even if the bungalows are a little faded, the decoration is neat, cheerful, the swimming pool and the jacuzzis very pleasant. The breakfasts and evening meals are fresh and local. The staff will do everything they can to accommodate your intolerances or tastes. Perfect stay of a week in this charming hotel, pool and sea view, even if we left almost empty stomach for the airport on Sunday morning because no one was awake at 7am as planned... ;-)

Reviewed By 763josefinewMy friend and i live on a hotel nearby, and wanted to try something nearby. We came in and sat down and ordered beef. Everything was fine until we had to pay. We asked for the check 4 times, and the first time the waiter told us that we should relax instead, and that we didnt need to hurry - but we wanted to go home. Many minutes went by, and at the end we got up to the counter. The waiter finally came with the bill, but it was much much higher than we expected. They said it was because the steak price was pr. gram. but it was nowhwere to see on the menu. They took advantage that we dont know the language. So we payed and quickly got out of there. Really bad expirence getting tricked for our money….
