The food is excellent And we wish to come to back to taste again spring Summer and Autumn. Our room was great with a spectacular view of the valley. Staffs are kind and helpful. Will definitely come back again.

Reviewed By farfiThe staff at the reception was very pleasant and accomodating. The room was cozy, clean, and functional. Having a fridge was very useful. We loved the heated pool and the 10min walking distance to the center of the village. Was a perfect stay!

The service is fantastic- intimate, thoughtful and helpful- from remembering our coffee orders, our ski itinerary, to helping us remove our ski boots….. Our room wasn’t large but was beautiful, lux , comfortable and allowed us sleep soundly. The location is amazing. Recommendations for skiing and food added significantly to our holiday. Nicholas, Quentin and staff made our stay extra special. We very much hope to return next year. Thanks to you all for a most special holiday.

Reviewed By youfearchangeThe Novotel chain can be very mixed but this was excellent with first class design and fit out and very comfortable rooms. We stayed in an executive suite with a large balcony which we have no complaints about whatsoever. Hard to imagine a better place to stay in Megeve, despite the town having several premium 5 star hotels.

There is however an element of the staff who goes by the name of Eric who is a very unpleasant and ill-mannered person. The attention of the manager of the hotel should be drawn to this person. He drives away the customers. Furthermore I would like to point out that the rooms, although rated with the same price, have big differences. When checking in I asked for another room but to no avail. Maria

Booked for the summer....
Reviewed By MPCotswoldsMy teens requested an active mountain break this summer to complement our usual foray down to the south of France, we always stay in FS hotels around the world, and this one looked to be very beautiful and just what we were looking for. No one was answering the phone to organise the stay, so we booked on line and a few weeks later received a rather aggressive email demanding we pay 50% of our week's stay before right now or they will cancel the booking. This has never happened in any hotel anywhere in the world, most simply accept a credit card to secure the booking - to me this policy indicates a distinct lack of confidence in the product. This is not a normal policy at any FS hotel, and is certainly not one I wish to book. I spoke to the team at the hotel and they were so rude, and so abrupt we have now cancelled our stay altogether. I have a terrible impression of the hotel, and I don't want to spend our time in a place that is already so unwelcoming. I have booked FS Florence instead, we have stayed before and I know they have high standards and will take care of us.

Reviewed By Christian DFamily runed hotel close to the city center. Great service and approach from the staff. The breakfast was good and the food in the evening was better than on the more costly and luxury restaurants. Pretty basic rooms but wit newly renovated and upgraded bath room.
