Reviewed By kdpbballWe arrived Saturday afternoon for a two night stay. The hotel was sold out and there were lots of events going on. Luckily we had a first floor room away from the hubbub. Our room had a king size bed, large desk, microwave, refrigerator and easy chair. We liked the fact that the ante room for the bathroom was separate from the shower and toilet. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Susan greeted us warmly after a long drive. Parking is free and plentiful. Breakfast was great: eggs, sausage, potatoes, fresh fruit, MYO waffles, yogurt, oatmeal, breads and juices. I wish we had time to use the salt water pool. We had a minor maintenance issue in our room which was resolved within twenty minutes. The hotel grounds are beautiful, very much like a park. Backyard Brewery is a short walk across the parking lot. Major stores are within a two mile radius. We certainly enjoyed our stay.

After returning from a long hot day outdoors, I arrived at the hotel late in the afternoon to take a shower and meet up with colleagues for dinner. There was not hot water! Also, I was running late in the morning so I went down to the lobby for a cup of coffee. They were all out of coffee, at 8:00 am!!! The staff seemed like

She was bartending, serving, bussing, hosting, and working service bar for room service or some other event. No Busser, runner, not manager was to be seen. Service took a while, but this was not her fault. She was amazing and we let her know how appreciative we were and that she was doing great. They need to have more support staff in the restaurant. The rooms were decent, but it was quite pricey for a corporate event center hotel.

Reviewed By Connor94I was on a flight to portland maine that got diverted to Manchester and at nearly midnight, we were told to get off the plane and figure out the rest. Holiday Inn Express saved my bad night. Ted at the front desk was SOOO kind and accommodating! Over the top, really! And then my shuttle driver was a complete delight too! My room was quiet and comfy and clean and much appreciated. In the morning, Chris at the front desk, was also very friendly and helpful also. Thank you Holiday Inn Express for making lemonade out of lemons. Well done. ❤️

At checking reminded clerk need for shuttle for 0525 American airline flight. Told earliest shuttle 0400 due to staffing shortages due to COVID. Called for return shuttle on 12/26/2021 @ 1400 after return. Phone busy constantly. No answer. No response text messaging. Two days later no response. No taxis available at Manchester airport. Felt staff should have informed us of need to park at airport. Untruthful.

Rooms were decent most staff is pleasant and welcoming. They do not mind waking up their guests to construction work at 7 am. Drilling and hammers are a disruptive way to wake up. When asked the best they could do was move us to another room... ? ridiculous!

Rooms are really nice with a great floor plan. Bar stools at counter really make it perfect. Breakfast had enough options with the banana nut muffins being the star. So big & outstanding. Look forward to return trip.

Reviewed By 571rickrWe booked the entire Ash Street Inn for our youngest daughter’s wedding weekend at the end of May. It was perfect for the entire family, including Bride and Grandmother of the Bride! This late 1800’s Victorian home has been restored with décor and furnishings suited to the time when the it was built. Owners and Innkeepers, Rob and Margit Wezwick are wonderful hosts, readily available to ensure that your stay is pleasant. The bedrooms are spacious while at the same time cozy. During our stay, family members were able to relax in the comfortable living room and dining room while the girls took over the second floor to get ready for the big event. Breakfasts, including eggs, omelets, and fritatas, bacon and sausage, french toast and pancakes, made to everyone’s order, were delicious! (We tried them all!) Sweet treats, including homemade cookies and freshly prepared fruit kabobs and mini-cheesecakes (prepared for the wedding day), were special treats! We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at this lovely Inn and highly recommend it!
