Excellent value for the price
Reviewed By Inna RVery stylish and quite hotel, nice interior. A lot of space and activities around. Good also for autumn holidays. Quite close to the sea, to the very tourist destination - Jurkalne's bluff. Staff is very polite and helpful. We ordered breakfast and lunch, everything was tasty. The whole stay for 1 night for a couple plus eating - 100 eur.

Reviewed By ZviedrsI've eaten in all locations around and trust me, in this place people know what they are doing. And pricing also is just right - no too much nor less. Most important - they cook, they really do! Everything I've ordered so far is prepared from fresh quality ingredients with no flavour enhancers or flavours - something rare to find these days.

Totally not what we expected.
Reviewed By laurita p-In booking site it was stated that room has shower and bathroom, however,when we arrived, expectations did not match with reality-bathroom was shared. So we felt cheated with room description. -Very, very thin walls so we could hear every single conversation from our noisy neighbour room. -road was very close so even tough hotel location is super nice,with green area, noise from traffic kind of a ruined holiday mood.

Place to spend a night
Reviewed By Martins VIt was our second stay in this guesthouse. Nothing has changed since 2015. Very normal rooms with modest private bathroom. No attractions, except Baltic Sea in the walking distance. May be good for self-sufficient companies.

Reviewed By katelagzThe house has a nice design both exterior and interior. It had everything for comfort and primary needs. It has a nice terrace with a hammock. Also the outside environment was nice and equipt with possible zones for acitivities.

Peaceful and relaxing place
Reviewed By 440022Very friendly host, they try their best to make your stay comfortable. Quiet and beautiful place. I was walking with a dog on the beach at 9 a.m. on sunday and I was the only person I could see. The perfect place if you want to disconncet from the busyness and just enjoy the nature (the shores are just incredible)

Stand-alone 2-floor bungalow in back of private residence
Reviewed By boston-tech-guyThis is a large stand-alone bungalow in the backyard of a private family at the edge of Jurkalne town. The first (ground) floor has a living room, with a large leather-style couch, a table and a TV. The shower and toilet are also on the first floor, and there is a sauna (which costs 35€ extra to turn on according to a sign). In front of the entrance, there is a sort of covered balcony with dining tables and a very small minimal stove, where you could conceivably cook for self-catering if you really must. The entire second floor is one huge bedroom with four or maybe five beds. It can sleep a lot of people, but only if they are all close friends or family, since -as I said- this is one huge room. The entire bungalow is functional, but everything is quite basic without any particular charm and frankly a bit shabby. For example, the couch has a large rip in it which is repaired with duct tape. The nearest dining option is hotel Pilsbergu Krogs (10 minutes walk) which has an excellent restaurant and also better accommodation. The owners are friendly enough; only the daughter speaks some English.
