The inn is minutes to Storyland, golf, shopping, the White Mountain National Forrest, Mount Washington, and within minutes to five downhill skiing resorts. Reviewed By 859maryannrJust spent 4 days at the Inn, and we all found it to be just what we needed (me, my grown daughter, and her 8 year old son). We stayed in room 27 in the Liftline Lodge and found it clean and plenty big for us. I especially liked the little porches off the living rooms to just sit and look at the mountains...the air was so clean! A special shout-out to our housekeeper, Chris, who greeted us in the hall and told us to tell her if there was anything we needed. When we mentioned a couple more towels and coffees, she immediately came back with an armful of everything! Very friendly and easy-going. OH, and she was also our waitress in the morning for breakfast, and she made sure we had enough to eat! We will be back again for sure...

Reviewed By kellysX662MXWE really enjoyed our stay and the Inn. The restaurant there is the best! We had a reservation for dinner on a Thursday evening and highly recommend it. The dining room is exceptional, and the staff is awesome and very accommodating. You get it all here from the ambiance to perfect craft cocktails with delicious appetizers [ we had the Calamari [, BEST EVER !!!] My husband ordered the haddock, and I had the lamb chops, and we weren't disappointed! WE also shared the cheesecake for desert and yes, we would do it all over again! Our sincere compliments to the Chef and all staff at the Christmas Farm Inn.

Reviewed By DrMACC222When I travel. I do not want to have to housekeep. Not having to do so is part of my VACATION. I like to come back to a freshened room. When I booked the room, either it wasn't mentioned or it wasn't listed. For this trip I had to empty my own trash bins and reline the trash bins with the plastic liners. Place my garbage outside of my door for pick up. Ask for, then bring into my room coffee refills and towel replacements, make-up the bed... That's the downside and the reason for only 4 stars. The upside is that it is in fact an elegant country inn. Our room accommodations did not disappoint. We enjoyed the many fine points of comfort and elegance. When I researched for our get away, I loved the idea of heated bathroom floors, only to learn when we got here and the dial didn't work that they are made defunct in the summer (Then SAY that doggone it in the promotions). Chandeliers were throughout our Parlor suite, replete with dimmers. The shower doubled as a sauna....that was a real plus. There are other points of design that are really commendable. The area is scenic and quiet. The gym is great. The chef is amazing, and the wait staff was excellent. All of the entrées and desserts were mouth wateringly good. Hope you find this helpful.

The day of our arrival, the first family to arrive was told there was a scheduling mistake on the hotel’s end and there was no room available for them. After some discussion with the staff, they were told to wait and at the same time, I received a call from the hotel telling me there was a plumbing issue and our room flooded this morning and we would no longer be able to stay there. Check in opened at 3:00, it was 4:00 and we were 5 minutes away so obviously I told them we would still be arriving and would figure it out there. The hotel staff then told my friend a room had become available and seemed caught off guard when asked if they just lied to us to give our friends our room. After some hustling, we were able to find lodging for both families at another hotel 15 minutes away but we were disappointed that this hotel’s staff were unapologetic about the inconvenience caused to two families by errors on their end and offered no assistance in trying to find us alternative arrangements. The attitude very much seemed to be that this was now our problem. With two toddlers in tow who had driven nearly 3 hours and most hotels in the area sold out, we could have really been in a pickle.

Reviewed By ABC6712This will be my third time coming here. I always get room 312, so cozy and I love the little fireplace. The restaurant is delicious and the staff is very friendly. All three trips have been in the spring, but I’d like to go sometime in the fall. North Conway is very close and the perfect place to shop around.

A warm, welcoming retreat!

The front desk help could not have been more helpful and welcoming. they were so gracious and able to accomodate all our needs. We enjoyed a 3rd floor suite with an enormous bathroom and jetted tub. The food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious; we ate all our breakfasts and dinners there. The service was so attentive - we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The only downside was it got quite hot on the 3rd floor and the ac did not get us as cool as we like at night. They provided a fan for us which did the job. We will definitely go back!

Reviewed By Monica PMy husband and I return a few times a year to enjoy the Snowflakes Inns amazing hospitality, cleanliness, amenities and more. No matter the season, the decor and ambiance and sure to make you feel right at home and stress free! It’s always great to run into guests that also visit at least once a year for a special getaway. All of the staff are resourceful and know all about what the White Mountains have to offer. Rooms are spacious and clean!

Reviewed By B1556QKbilldThe Inn at Jackson has history dating back to the early 1900's when it was built for the Baldwins from Baldwin Pianos. It was recently purchased (2021) by new owners. The hospitality continues to be top notch. Immaculate rooms adorn the country inn. Quiet sitting areas, fireplaces, a jacuzzi, and more add to the ambiance. Easy access from 16A, only 12 miles to the Mt Washington auto road, trail access right on property to Jackson snowshoeing and XC skiing trails. Let's not forget the great breakfasts; there's enough to last you through the day to dinner. A short walk brings you to the Jackson Falls.
