cological 4 star hotel situated in a cork tree forest in the heart of the Natural Park of Grazalema and only 20 Km from Ronda.77 rooms equipped with central climatization (cold in summer and hot in winter), telephone, minibar, safety box (extra), music channel, hair dryer, satellite TV, Internet connection (extra), cot (free of charge on request), WIFI in Bar Noble area (free).The hotel has a restaurant specialised in local cuisine, terrace bar, pool bar (seasonal), lounges with chimney, Tv room, game room, outdoor pool with sun beds and solarium, outdoor jacuzzi, limited parking space (free of charge), mini animal farm with children's playground. Baby carriage, cot and baby bath free (depending on availability), internet room Complementary activities: bike rental, trekking, horse riding etc.Half board consists on breakfast and dinner, except August when guests can choose between lunch or dinner.

Lovely staff but rushing round trying to do everything as seemed to be not enough of them . Only real downside was no supervision at pool so no-one to stop parents who thought it OK to lay on sunbeds with headphones in reading books whilst children ran riot in pool. Throwing sand in from play area, fighting in jacuzzi (was supposed to be 12 years+, these were about 8ish, think Dutch). Also, asked for quiet room when booking but put between 2 occupied room even though hotel nearly empty??? Shower in bathroom didn't work. Small points and overall really enjoyed stay. Juan in the bar is a great asset to hotel.

Great choice
Reviewed By Peter SThis hotel is very comfortable and just 10 minutes walk to town.. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and have wonderful views of the mountains and village beyond. The rooms could do with some refurbishment but don't let that put you off. It has a small fridge which is useful, good shower, comfy beds but you may need to ask for extra pillows, the ones supplied are very thin. Soundproofing is good between the rooms as it is a solid stone built building. There are spacious comfy lounges and a TV room and gardens. The breakfasts are basic Spanish style...toast, cake, hot and cold drinks, cheese, meats and an array of jams, pates etc in small tubs. The reception and bar staff are very friendly but I am afraid to have to say that the breakfast waiter, a bearded man was the most unfriendly surly specimen of a human you can get. Not once did he greet us, speak to us, acknowledge our presence. He simply brings the necessary items for breakfast to the table and walks off. If we wanted anything extra or different, he turns away and brings it. If anything was to spoil the hotel, it is him! The pool is good. We didn't eat there in the evenings. All in all, excellent value for money.

Reviewed By Michael LExcellent, simple local food. Rich in taste from garlic, charcoal, olive oil and salt. Nothing fancy, just splendid. Passionate chef who gladly explained the sauce following their gambones al ajillo (prawns in garlic). The kind waitress let me use her sweater on this chilled evening in May. The restaurant is located in a narrow Alley next tomter main square. Don’t hesitate to look it up.

Perfect Camping Location
Reviewed By MandyIsSmartThe location is superb! The Tajo Rodillo campground is located on the outskirts of Grazalema, inside Grazalema Natural Park. There is free parking. The bathrooms are kept up pretty well. They have toilets and showers with hot water. The campground itself is very small but the parcels are relatively large in size. It is located right next to hiking trails, and wifi is available. Parcela 1 and 2 are my favorite spots because they are behind the main building and have less light shining in from the light poles at night. The town on Grazalema is a very short walk away. The only thing missing for me to give it a 5-star review, is access to fire pits or camp fires. No fire was allowed however, we were able to use our stove with butane. I will definitely be coming back.

Reviewed By Tiziana VAppena arrivata grande entusiasmo, appariva come una bella baita di montagna, ho chiesto di poter restare una notte in più, ma la signora che mi ha consegnato le chiavi mi ha detto che non aveva posto. Meno male!!! Perché non ho dormito quasi per niente. La piazza dove affaccia l’appartamento è molto caotica, c’è un bel ristorante ed è chiusa al traffico quindi i bambini scorrazzano urlando a più non posso. La stanza è molto calda senza aria condizionata, nel salottino c’è un raffreddamento di quelli a tubo attraverso la finestra semi aperta ma faceva un gran rumore e il fresco non arrivava comunque nella camera da letto. Le lenzuola un po’ andate con pilling spiacevolissimo. Anche al mattino presto forti rumori di lavori in corso. Se fossi riuscita a dormire avrei dato un punto in più

Reviewed By Gill CGood position in the village and comfortable beds. But, we booked here because of the pool, which on arrival was not open. Dark and dreary place, no soap or glasses in the bathroom. Too small shower screen made it impossible to shower without drenching the bathroom floor. No bedside lights. The marble stairs had extremely poor lighting, with a bulb that needed replacing, which made the steps difficult to see and therefore extremely dangerous. I am repeating some comments made previously, which suggests to me that the manager has no interest in clients opinions. We moved to another hotel in the village.

Reviewed By marisam548Nos perdimos yendo a Grazalema. Llamamos a la dueña diciendole que llegariamos sobre las 19h30. Nos dice que tenemos que pagar un suplemento de euros 10 porque en el anuncio está puesto que el check-in es hasta las 19 horas ( puesto estaba pero no lo habíamos visto porque la letra era muy pequeña). Estuvimos dando vueltas un rato hasta que encontramos aparcamiento. Complicado aparcar al lado. Cuando llegamos ninguna de las camas estaba hecha alegando que era por razones Covid. No acabo de entender cuál es la razón de que las camas no estén hechas por esa razon. En ningún momento se nos ha preguntado si llevabamos sábanas y queríamos ponerlas y tampoco lo hizo la persona que nos dio las llaves. Sábanas y toalla (solo una por persona) mustias y antiguas. Y tras el viaje a hacer las camas. Sin alfombrilla de baño ni jabon. Bombilla lampara fundida. Vecinos ruidosos. Puntos positivos: Hay botiquin y cafetera para hacer cafe. Ubicacion, muy cerca de la plaza principal. La chica que nos dio las llaves muy amable y nos dijo sitios para poder cenar y desayunar ( pero no hizo las camas a pesar de que quedó claro que no queríamos poner nuestras sábanas y en ningún sitio del anuncio ponía ni en letra grande ni en pequeña que no se hacen las camas). Precio noche 2 personas: Eur 110+ 10 = Eur 120.
