Reviewed By darrel2022The hotel was located in close proximity to the cite center and easy access to clients. Staff were friendly and professional. Unfortunately, due to lack of staff, the restaurant was only open for limited times of the day, so it made us look elsewhere, but there were other eating/drinking facilities within a 10min walk. Would come back here again, if I need to visit Gladstone for business or pleasure (stop over).

Has international info readily at hand. She pretty much is your best google while you are here in Gladstone. My room (recently reno) was just spectacular. The sea view was to die for. Watching little to huge ships sail in. At night while the docks are all lit up, is truly beautiful ? Mini bar is well stocked and reasonably priced. Clean, fresh and comfortable bed!! Ahhhh now the restaurant downstairs, Dimitri’s... I have no words to even come close to describing their culinary menu. I personally would recommend Mezes for a starter? Moreton Bay bugs for the main ? Baklava for the dessert ❤ Divine Fine dining at its best! Compliments to the chef and the ladies FOH ❤

Reviewed By Steve MThe Motor Inn was great for an overnight stay before and after our trip to Heron Island. The staff were very helpful, in particular Jayde who went out of her way to assist. Just a recommendation to other travelers who need to get to the airport first thing in the morning (in our case Saturday morning). Don't rely on the taxis. In our situation the Motor Inn organised us some transport.

Very comfortable & has everything you need on hand. All staff have been lovely and helpful as well.Great balcony too. We have been watching with interest the ships coming and going in the harbour of an afternoon. Would definitely recommend

Very Pleasant Stay
Reviewed By stevieaichWe had a fantastic stay in a spa room. The room was comfortable and clean and great value for money. The managers were lovely and couldn't do enough to make our stay enjoyable. Our room was at the far end of the complex so the wifi didn't work, hence 4 stars not 5. The restaurant was also closed due to Covid so I can't comment on that either. Its on quite a steep site so if you need level ground this could be an issue too. All in all it was a lovely stay and my wife and I both said we would stay again.

Reviewed By geoffreyw400Sadly this hotel is not up to the standard it should be. All is fine until you get out of the elevator - the hallways look like they are from a $20 per night hotel. The carpet is filthy and there is a musty smell. On entering my room it was again musty, and I discovered later on that the carpet near the door was still damp - when I was in my bare feet (yuk). When I tried to go to sleep, there was a loud, reverberating “hum” coming from something outside and it kept me from sleeping. I had to use ear plugs. The aircon unit had a blue and a green light on it that literally lit up the room, which was very unpleasant and didn’t help when trying to sleep. Both fire escape doors were jammed open on my floor- I would have thought that was not allowed? There is no breakfast option at the hotel- seriously? I would not stay here again and will be asking my company not to book this hotel again.
