Usually I'm bringing my Clorox wipes, my Lysol disinfectant etc. This was the hotel with better reviews so we decided to stay here. Well I'm glad we stayed here and I became a member and I'm so glad I did, and it's free to became a member by the way. The moment we came inside the hotel the receptionist was super nice and welcoming. We actually got to use the gym since we had to be in the car for 8 hours and we had to stretch. They had a swimming pool but sadly there were people smoking and I get asma with the smoke so we were not able to use it. Beds were confortable and even the sofa pull out was great, room has a kitchen and everything was clean and smelled nice. Breakfast was delicious, usually you think it's going to be just regular but it was great! The chef was making sure everyone was happy and confortable and always maintained everything stocked and clean. Let me tell you this morning there was a group of 40 kids eating breakfast and I was afraid when we got down to eat there was not going to be anything left, well the chef made magic! In the shower there is shampoo and shower gel which are very convenient so that you don't have to get everything out. Everyone who works in this hotel were excellent in what they do, so glad there are still hotel's that are doing the difference. The location is great there is a mall like .3 miles and a Target. Will definitely recommend this place it's worth every penny. Everyone here deserves a raise or a bonus! Congratulations!

Ok for one night
Reviewed By NatSteveCWe stayed here for one night on our road trip. It was quite cheap so we weren't expecting too much. On the whole, it was ok. The room was big and clean enough. Ok, the decor was a little tired but fine for one night. Unfortunately after going out for something to eat and coming back, there had been a power cut and we had no power in the room at all. No lights, no TV, nothing. This was not the fault of the motel at all and they were trying their best to get the power back on but it was out of their hands. It affected the whole area, not just the motel. We had some battery power left on our phones so had to use the flashlight on those to get around the room as it was in complete darkness. The only thing we could do was go to bed and sleep, which we didn't mind after being on the road all day. The power eventually came back on around 3am. Breakfast was just average, not much choice. Overall, the place was ok. The road noise did not keep us awake and the beds were comfortable enough. Would I stay here again? Maybe, for one night if I was on a budget.

Reviewed By greyzenWe stayed there Wed night. 5/25. Alexia was rude and disrespectful. She barked at my 19 year old when we took a few seconds to come in from the check in parking. My 12 year old had fallen asleep. To say I am pissed off is a huge understatement. Don't bark at my family at 11pm when it's storming and we are exhausted. Then the wifi of the hotel was out, as well as the TV itself. Miss Alexia seemed more concerned with surfing her phone in the dining area than helping us or showing basic courtesy. There was zero parking, and several utility vehicles were taking up two parking spaces. I had to park on a steep hill to the east of the property. Inconvenient, and unsafe. Alexia was aloof as I expressed my concern. Terrible customer service, no wifi and no TV. I could have slept in my van if I wanted that level of comfort.

Good for a stop over
Reviewed By AlisonoshkoshThis hotel is fairly nice for a quick one night stay. We needed somewhere to stop during travel. Price was excellent at $104. It looks like they are doing some sort of remodel. Our room was nice with a new looking bathroom. The hallway baseboards were ripped up. New carpet? The only problem with this hotel was that you could easily hear the people above you. I have no idea what they were doing that they walked back and forth all night? So, request a top floor room. Otherwise, I would have given this hotel 5 stars.

I travel and stay in hotels weekly for my job, and this was unacceptable. With the pandemic I would have at least expected some cleanliness. Very outdated hotel, pink mildew in the shower and NO hot water for showering. Room smelt musty and when AC cut off the room immediately became stale and hot. Do NOT recommend this hotel u less you Like nasty.

Rooms were in need of maintenance
Reviewed By lsimp30We arrived late with kids in tow or else we would have made a different decision (move rooms or hotels). Upon arrival, the room was hot which would have been fine if the AC would have stayed on. The room was very hot throughout the night. Internet was spotty. The bedside lamp was broken, the light in the bathroom was missing the fixture so it was just an exposed bulb, and the shower handle was falling out of the wall. Additionally, the sheets and towels both looked dirty. It was an unpleasant stay.

Don't bother stopping here better hotels are down the road
Reviewed By ZeebrianlBooked for a 3 day tournament. Got in at midnight, the room was infested with bugs. Matress was stained brown, toilet barely flushed. Noticed significant safety violations the short time we were there. Lock on room door broken,fire alarm was disabled and stored in the drawer. Tried to get a refund and was given the runaround because the desk couldn't approve a refund. Charged my card a second time the next day when I called to get a refund. Now I'm into them 240 dollars. Now I have to take time to dispute charges with card company. Ended up sleeping in the car across the street. The only plus, me and my teen have a funny story to tell at Thanksgiving.
