Reviewed By foxford2Staff was very nice. The hotel needs some attention to detail and some new furniture. The breakfast basics were all there and just fine. The eggs, bacon, and French toast were bland at best. The room coffee was quite good - surprisingly.

The hotel is the first we’ve ever stayed where a beach wheelchair was provided. ADA CHAMPIONS! Front desk and valet were wonderfully helpful. My only neg experience was at the bar. I wanted a cup of hot water to make some tea. 3 servers and a women who looked like a manager type did not even acknowledge my presence. The very busy bartender was the only one who greeted me and provided my water. Great location.

Enjoyable beach stay!
Reviewed By RadrevOther than a dude with tiny man syndrome being weird when I checked in (he was drunk), this hotel was a great stay. The beach access was perfect, the room and view were great, the rooms were big, and the breakfast was excellent for a hotel free breakfast. The staff we encountered weren't bad, but they just seemed to be "not so concerned" about things. That is why this isn't a 5-star review.

Amazing Weekend
Reviewed By I2860LZsarahdWe used DoubleTree as our wedding hotel block for us and our out of town guests. Fran, Sonia, and Brian were all extremely helpful in making our weekend a success. This location has recently gone through renovations and the hotel looks beautiful and fresh. All of the guests liked their rooms. Sonia was accommodating with the bookings, advice on when to bring guest bags, and updates along the way as I requested. The bridal suite that we stayed in had plenty of room for the 10 of us that had hair and makeup done. It was the perfect spot to get ready! Brian helped us to put together an after party at The Stag, the gastropub located by the lobby. The guests that attended enjoyed spending more time together. Fran helped to set up a beautiful farewell brunch for our guests. She worked with me on figuring out numbers since I was not sure how many would attend and it ended up being the perfect guest count and amount of food! The food was delicious and everyone enjoyed it after a long previous day. Thank you so much to the DoubleTree staff! You helped make our experience wonderful and was part of the best weekend of our lives!

Outdated - Smoke Smell
Reviewed By kshannonbrightI travel often & I am a HH member. Hampton is always a safe, clean choice. This location is lacking unfortunately. Nice, lovely staff. Rooms are very outdated. I stayed in a suite R129 & it smelled like smoke. The HVAC system had a preset mode that I could not control - It simply ran cold for 1hr & shut off for 1hr the entire stay making for a hot & cold sleep throughout the night. There were a dozen long black hairs in the shower & stuck to the shower curtain. The furniture was very outdated & dirty from years of use & lack of cleaning. There are outlets in the floor with missing covers & I found myself standing barefoot on outlet - would be a no go with little kids. $200+ Per night should be better…

Nice Boutique Hotel, Walking Distance to the Beach
Reviewed By california_usa2020_We stayed here for 1 night whilst visiting Deerfield Beach – the hotel is nicely located less than a 5min walk to the beachfront and local shops, bars and restaurants in what seems like a residential area. The hotel had ample free parking out front. Check in was easy and we proceeded to our ground floor room. The hotel room was spacious and included all the expected amenities, including a TV, Fridge and Tea/Coffee facilities and a safe. The bathroom seemed to be recently renovated and was nicely decorated, however still included a rather old and insecure looking slatted window, which ruined the look of the bathroom and made it feel a little unsafe being on the ground floor – please change this as it would make the entire room much more modern. The room was also quiet and we had no disturbances whilst staying. The pool in the hotel was great – a good size and deep and included nice loungers and cabanas to relax in, with pool towels available. The hotel grounds were nicely kept. We would recommend staying at this hotel to anyone looking for a hotel in Deerfield Beach.

Reviewed By Departure04519784943According to Les at the desk, this resort was built around 1970. For a building this age, it looks great. We were upgraded to a 1 bedroom room with a kitchenette. It was nicely decorated in a coastal theme, and it looked like it had been renovated recently. The kitchen appliances were older but they work. The furniture was newer and we enjoyed the king size bed! Very comfortable room. The pool area was nice and the tiki hut gives wonderful shade. Only 1 block from the beach and 3 to 4 blocks for food and shops. We will return! Thank you for a great visit!

The hotel is walking distance to some of the nicest beach side restaurants, and gorgeous Deerfield beach. The hotel is the perfect location, and a wonderful comfortable stay that provides everything you need for a fantastic beach side trip.
