Hershey Park mini vacation
Reviewed By jessicapasswatersWe booked this hotel for our mini getaway to Hershey Park and couldn’t of been more pleased! The staff was so friendly, breakfast was great and room was super clean! We arrived on Saturday and left on Monday Memorial Day weekend it was packed but the breakfast ladies kept up! Bonita was super friendly to my children my 6 year old son spilled his oj while carrying it and she helped him work through being upset! She continued to chat with us during the morning about our trip to Hershey that day! 10 out of 10 recommend this hotel! We also had pizza ordered in one night and sat at the cute little patio/gazebo while the kids played on the hill! It made our mini trip one to remember! We will be back

Digital check in and key, no need to go to the front desk. Great breakfast. Right beside the turn pike and RT 15 but VERY quiet. Sweet brick over pizza and Italian resturant acrossed the street. Issac's resturant next door but closes at 8pm.

A 105 room all suites hotel with meeting and banquet facilities for up to 400 people, the Comfort Suites Hotel will provide all the amenities the discerning business or leisure traveler has come to expect.
Great location
Reviewed By mdr91We chose this hotel due to its great location in the center of Carlisle. Unfortunately we stayed there on Easter Sunday so most of the restaurants in walking distance were closed -- including the one in the hotel (apparently they are currently closed on Sundays, so my oversight in not realizing that). Parking during check in was a bit tight. We arrived in the early evening, at the exact same time as 2 other parties. The Comfort Suites has a driveway that runs between two buildings and leads to a city parking garage (it's a one way, narrow driveway). While you are allowed to "park" in the driveway for a few minutes while checking in, but the car ahead of us chose to park in the middle of the driveway, rather than pulling to the side. Not a big deal, but a note to future guests -- try not to completely block the driveway! Check in was quick and we were placed in a room on the 4th floor overlooking the driveway. The room was quite large with 2 beds as well as a sitting area with sleeper sofa. The room was clean, but the bathroom is in need of a refresh. There is some mold and discoloration around the soap dish, grab bar, etc. A continental breakfast is served in a section of the restaurant and featured the typical foods: eggs, toast/bagels, muffins, cereal, make your own waffles, etc. Nothing special, but totally adequate. Parking is in a city lot and there is a charge added to your bill (fully disclosed ahead of time). You can go in and out as often as you'd like. We had no problem finding a space -- though it was Easter so likely only hotel guests using the garage. There is a back door into the hotel near the parking garage that is controlled by room key. Despite the bathroom needing some work, we would stay here again given the location and room size.

Reviewed By jlockney24The staff was excellent in every detail. A very clean hotel. Very good breakfast. Great location; easy in and easy out. Also near many very good restaurants less than 10 minutes away. The grounds surrounding the hotel were pristine. They also accommodate dogs and have an area reserved for dogs with an adequate supply of "doggy bags." We would definitely return.

We had not previously booked the the motel and were very graciously welcomed. It was a perfect stop. Plus the dinner recommendation was delicious. Would definitely return…if in the area.

Reviewed By jasper_stanleyProperty is convenient, but closed for a bit during COVID. Has some classic features, on a nice property, but needs some refresh . Large conference hall, and last two times there they have had some youth events - gymnastics and hockey. Perkins diner across the parking lot and a brew pub bar and pizza place up the hill. Would like place to keep on upward trend.

Bug infested dirty room with blood stain on bed sheet

My feet stuck to the carpet, there was a fly buzzing around the room, I killed a spider on the towel in the bathroom, there was a blood stain of some sort on the bed sheet, and the paint was peeling off the wall where the bed headboard was. Absolutely disgusting and I will never stay at a LaQunta ever again!
