Reviewed By jbobadilla3The clerks were focused more on there phones and vapes than our family. I was never told about breakfast. The cleanliness was very poor especially for what they claim they do. Our rooms were never cleaned in the 3 nights we stayed there.

Reviewed By robertdW3736LRRoom was very clean and well appointed. Arby the manager was very helpful and cheerful. Hotel is located close to downtown for those who like to walk and explore the area. Will stay here the next time I am in Chickasha.

This Hotel has an indoor pool in a large covered atrium, a fitness center that is open 24-hours, also a business center that is 24-hours as well. We have an on-site bar that is open from 4:00p.m to 2:00a.m 7 days a week. There is also a free, all you can eat, homestyle hot breakfast buffet from 5:30a.m to 9:00am. We do have WI-FI that is free to our guest. Our hotel is next door to McDonalds, Wal-mart , several local eateries and just a few minutes away from the Sports Complex, Grady County Fairgrounds and the Festival of Lights.
Needs updating desperately
Reviewed By Sannd1The hotel needs updating. The air conditioning in the room did not cool room at all so did not sleep well. The AC vent was covered with dust/mold? Carpet was frayed and there was no shower curtain in shower when we checked in (they did bring us one). Because we were in interior corridor by indoor pool it was very humid in room and with AC not working right it was uncomfortable in room. Because of humidity everything metal (lamps) had rust on them. Breakfast was good, had scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, cereal etc but due to covid a staff member fixed your plate for you. It was really good. Has indoor pool that looked clean and had kids swimming. Next to Wal Mart and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Would we stay here again? Probably not just because of the updates it needs but staff was very nice.

Reviewed By 983donniesWhen I first saw the room I noticed that there were cigarette butts on the floor like it hasn't been cleaned. Then I went to see the bathroom and the toilet had pee in it. I immediately left and went to another hotel

Very impressive great value

The Budget Inn was clean the beds were Very comfortable the TV was large there was a shower and a jet tub! The room was smaller but there was a micro wave frig and it was extremely quiet! Thank you for a blessed experience!

Reviewed By heatherhannksClerk at check-in was very rude. Had to ask for a second room, the 1st room wasn't cleaned and smoked in. The 2nd room smelled of body oder and had burn holes in the bedding and was also not cleaned. Very disgusting. Went to another hotel.

Do NOT waste your money
Reviewed By 13laceysThis is no longer an America's Best Value motel. Name and ownership chaged to Castle inn & suites. The motel seems to be questionable about safety of not only your person but your property you bring with you. Only good thing I can say was there was no evidence of bugs in the room we were put in. But the room was completely filthy. There was still full pieces of food on the floor that hadn't been cleaned up from previou guests. Doors didn't seal up at all, so when the neighboring guest lit up his blunt, we were essentially in a weed smoke room. It took us 30 minutes to find another room and that was when we left. The pictues that are posted on TripAdvisor are NOT what you get when you get there. They may be back when this was a safe and reputable motel, which it is no more!
