Great hotel
Reviewed By John GEasy to get to and close to the 1st Bank Center where we went to see Jeff Dunham. Very comfortable room and bed. It was very quiet and we were able to get a good night's rest. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good, with a good variety of food.

This used to be my favorite hotel in Broomfield
Reviewed By scott_in_kcI decided to extend a day and they couldn't give me the same room, which was understandable. So I checked into my new room and to be blunt, it smelled like a dead animal. It was just disgusting. The hotel knew this, as they had left a maintenance fan on the desk (see picture). I had to go to a meeting and asked the guy at the desk to change my room. I came back three hours later, nothing was done. Went to the room, same horrible smell. I called the front desk and asked for a manager to come up. The guy on the phone expressed surprise it hadn't been taken care of. Five minutes later, the same guy came up and apologized. He asked if he could give me "some points" for being a Titanium Member. I told him to forget it, Marriott Points have become a devalued joke. Note to manager, show up and offer something truly of value. I'm going to use a different hotel from now on. I'll still visit the bar here, Mike is a great guy, but the hotel has slid big time

Worst Experience Ever
Reviewed By Tour20829055491We received a ADA room with a tiny walk-in shower. We approached the front desk to request a room change. As we walked up, the lady was smoking a vape. She complained that she’s been working 11 hours and everyone else was on vacation. She said there were other rooms available but she refused to switch rooms because then she would have to “argue” with other guests that wouldn’t what to stay in that room. That room also had a view of a brick wall. There were no managers available until the day we checked out. We were first told we would receive a refund for the two nights stay and extra points but we only received a refund for one night and still haven’t received the extra points. We ALWAYS stay at Hyatt hotels when we travel but now we’re questioning that! The breakfast was mediocre and the coffee cream was spoiled! The water containers were empty until the last day of our stay. It was just a bad experience all together.

Good resort experience
Reviewed By Inspire67925095820We had the top floor facing west with a view of the snow capped Rocky Mountains. The room was comfortable and the window does open , but only 5 inches. But that’s enough for a nice cool breeze in the evening. We loved the pool experience. There are two large pools. We swam laps and lounged pool side for two of our four days there. The poolside service is amazing and we had our lunch there two days. It was a true resort experience!

Reviewed By U4459TOrobmStayed 2 nights. Friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms. Beds were amazing. Free breakfast that had bacon, sausage, pancakes, eggs, cereal, bagels and more. Pool and gym, but we didn't use either. Free parking with great location. Highly recommended.

Reviewed By Tim40RStayed here for business, hotel refused to honor the agreed upon corporate rate that has been in place for over two years. Prices went from $204 a night to $360 a night without prior approval. The only reason I found out about the change is because Amex alerted me to the hotel trying to charge me an additional $400 without my knowledge. When I called and asked the manager he told me that there is no way he would honor the corporate rate since they were at capacity and it was the going rate. I told him I would just check out and go elsewhere and he told me good luck finding a room. I checked out for my final night in town and went a few miles down the road to the Drury for $100 a night, all it took was a phone call. Make sure what ever they tell you here to get it in writing. In all my years of traveling I have never encountered a manager as crooked and condescending as this one and I will not be using Marriott again.

Situated between Denver and Boulder, we're off US-36 in the heart of the Interlocken Business park. Flatiron Crossing Mall is just one block away and it's only a 20-minute drive to Denver International Airport. WiFi and breakfast is on us or prepare a snack in your in-suite kitchen. Enjoy access to our heated indoor pool and ample meetings space.
Nice Rooms - but Hotel Set Up Live Band directly outside my room

During my stay a hotel sanctioned event set up a live band outside of my room (in the hotel's courtyard) on a weeknight. Loud disturbance prevented me from relaxing at the end of a long workday and I had to leave the hotel in order to avoid the loud noise in my room. No notice was provided to guests of the planned noise disturbance. Hotel has responded with nothing but empty platitudes. A core function of a hotel is to provide a welcoming and quiet environment for guests. I expect noise issues from other rooms/guests. I don't expect the hotel to sanction a live band directly outside guest rooms.

Nice and New...but
Reviewed By roonumber1Stayed 4 nights the middle of September. Hotel is new and in excellent shape. Room was clean and very nice size. Excellent TV. Breakfast in the morning is adequate...not Drury level but above a grab and go at a LaQuinta. The issue came about housekeeping. First off, we were told it was only every third day and that if we needed towels or something to put a hang tag on the door. That didn't work as the tag was left and nothing was done. On the third day, we asked that our rooms be cleaned. That didn't happen. On the fourth day, asked again and it was completed in one of the rooms, but not in the other without another call.
