We stayed 3 days as we explored Branson. The room was clean, no bugs, no strange smells and the water was hot. Breakfast was the standard affair of sausage and biscuits, scrambled eggs, potatoes and some bagels/bread for toasting. As other reviews have stated there was no microwave in the room so we had to leave the cup of ramen in the car. I think if you wanted you could sneak down to the breakfast area and run their microwave. Breakfast I think is served from 0700 to 1000. At night they do some kind of cobbler, cookies and ice cream from 2100 -2300 at night. Its a nice touch but won't help your waistline ;). They had to improvise on our last night as the soft serve ice cream machine was not running so we were trying to scoop ice cream out of a tub with mixed results. The hotel is a good value and book early if you want a room. And you pretty much have to drive as like Kentucky I don't think people walk in Missouri either and it could have been a life changing moment trying to walk :)

This is our favorite hotel in Branson. The rooms are always neat and clean, the beds are by far the most comfortable I've slept on in a hotel, they have a full hot breakfast in the mornings, and Grace is such a sweet lady. She must have a photographic memory because she remembered us from our very first stay. She is always very friendly. They're not five star, but what they lack in amenities they definitely make up for in hospitality. I'll gladly stay here over Hilton any day.

Far better than expected

My wife and I went to a timeshare presentation with Wyndham and they put us up for three days and nights in the hotel grand Victorian in Branson Missouri. We actually stayed two additional nights so we could attend the youth competition for bluegrass bands at Silverdollar city on Saturday of memorial day weekend, so we spent a total of five nights in the Victorian. I checked the reviews of this hotel shortly after getting confirmation that this would be the place we would be staying and discovered they were generally mid range at around three stars. So I wasn’t expecting anything particularly great and was therefore pleasantly surprised at the general quality and condition of the hotel and the room that we were in. I’m a bit of a stickler when it comes to cleanliness and the first thing I generally look at is the condition of the carpet in the common areas before I even get to the room. Many times you’ll find these areas aren’t kept as clean or vacuumed as often as They should be. Such as not the case with the Victorian as the hallway carpets were immaculately clean. That cleanliness extended to our room on the fifth floor. We had a room that faced the main street that included amenities like a mini fridge and microwave and also had a balcony with a couple chairs. All the furniture and bedding were in excellent condition and I was looking for something to nitpick but really couldn’t find anything. I suppose the only thing might be the fact that housekeeping is no longer provided except upon request, but that is just about the case everywhere nowadays. One nice thing that was included with the room was a pretty decent morning hot breakfast buffet that was well-maintained by a couple of local older fellows which was a good thing considering the number of folks partaking of breakfast every day. It could’ve easily been picked over and left relatively unappealing had these two fellas not kept up with cleaning tables and restocking the food items which included things like eggs and sausage fruits and just about anything else that you typically would find on a breakfast buffet at any mid to upscale hotel I’m not sure when my wife and I will be returning to Branson, but when we do we more than likely will be staying at the hotel grand Victorian.

A lot more than I expected!

Reviewed By cbeda

I have never been to the Branson area and there is so many options to choose from. I decided to try Carriage House because of the price, free breakfast and an indoor pool. I travelled with myself and 2 children ages 8 and 13. They were very welcoming at the front desk and when we got to the room it was much bigger than I expected. It was also very clean! We were on the third floor facing the pool area. We enjoyed the pool, it was heated and a nice space to read while kids swim. I was also impressed with breakfast and the attendant who kept everything stocked and clean. I appreciated that the pool was open until 1130 because when you are on vacation you stay up late. This motel was close to everything but not on the main road. I really enjoyed our stay and the area. We stayed 4 nights. Things to know, the pool is in a seperate buiding from the rooms but I think this is a plus. There are 3 floors so if you need accessiblilty or don't like stairs I would request a lower floor.

Our expensive stay

Reviewed By susang1107spring

We have been staying at this hotel for years now. When covid started it was practically closed so only that time we stayed somewhere else. Last year we could forgive bad everything as it was return from covid! This year however hard to forgive bad food. The staff was amazing but food the worst and the prices for a room have been hiked up something ridiculous. We will never go there again and will not recommend either.
