Located at the junction of Escudier Street and Jean Baptiste Clément Boulevard, our new building (2017) has everything you need to experience an exceptional stay. Les Appartements Paris Clichy provides Studios and Apartments from 2 to 6 people. All units come with hardwood floors, many equipments (microwave, fridge, coffee machine, SMART TV HD 4K 50 inches, Air conditioning/heater…) and a private Wifi (free). All bathrooms have Walk-in shower (Bathing product, towels, Hair dryer) and furnitures have been selected by a designer. A spacious lounge is available to guests, internet free of charge. A Washing machine and a dryer room is at the dispoal of the clients (free) Our apartments are located at less than 5-minute by feet of Jean Jaurès and Pont de Saint Cloud metro station (line 10), and at less than 15-minute walk of Marcel Sembat metro station (line 9). Our location is at a few stations of Paris city centre (Champs Elysées, Saint Germain des Prés, Galeries Lafayette,…).

Perfect for the French Open Tennis

With all of the road restrictions around the ground it is a 35 minute walk to the entrance or 20 minutes if you take the metro. Also, with the metro only 5 minutes from the hotel it’s very easy to get into the centre of Paris. We will be back next year!

Reviewed By PTMG2016The hotel is perfect. Breakfast is included in the rate we chose and that helps out with savings! All the people at the hotel speak English (our French is very poor so that was helpful). We chose a room with a terrace and could see the Eiffel Tower from the corner of the terrace - a nice benefit that we were not expecting. Overall, we would recommend the hotel.

Ideal spot if going to Roland Garros
Reviewed By earth81_13Nice 3 night stay here while going to the French Open. Location is quiet near the metro stop, just a little walk down the main street & then off a smaller road on the left. Check in was super easy. As like most hotels, lift & stairs quiet narrow, but 2 of us managed to squeeze into the lift with our suitcases. Room was grand for our short stay, 2 single beds, no wardrobe for clothes though, just a simple little rail, & shelving above it. Could open the bed room window. Bathroom was small, with the shower super small. Our stay in the hotel was fine, you could hear other residents going up & down the stairs, but nothing to keep us awake. Reception area looked very clean. Did not have the breakfast while we were staying there Only thing I could suggest, is when a guest is picking up their key after their day out, maybe ask for a name, not just the room number, any body could come in & give a room number...

So the location is ideal, its a tennis themed boutique hotel the rooms are petit but the beds super comfortable and lots of hot water for a long shower, a bit pricey but all of Paris is. It is also near to restaurants, super markets and Macdonalds.

Reviewed By peterlinden63We attended arc weekend and had a great time. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms well appointed. Shower lovely. Great beds. Lovely breakfast 16 euros. Ham. Turkey. Eggs. Cheese. Toast. Cakes. Pancakes. Tea. Coffee juice.. Free pool table. Honesty bar... We actually brought a few beers from our room and took them down. they didn't seem to mind. We will go back next year. Tube right outside the hotel. Nice restaurants within 5 min walk. Thanks for the lovely stay.

Reviewed By 982zuzannazThis apparthotel is located in a peaceful area in the suburbs, only 10mins walk from the subway line 9, which goes directly to Trocadero station. So you can easily commute to the city center within 15mins. The appartment was quite spacious, comfortable, clean and well-equipped. There was plenty of space to put your stuff. Although everyday cleaning wasn't included, we had our beds made a couple of times, as well as the bathroom garbage was taken. The only minus was that you couldn't do anything with kitchen garbage. The cleaning staff didn't take it, and there was no place where you could put it. The other disadvantage was that the dishwasher could not be opened completely because of the wall. That made it really difficult to put the dishes in and out. There could be also a few more plates and glasses, in order not to have to use the dishwasher after every meal. And in our room electric sockets were distroyed... Overall, we didn't regret our choice and we will definitely come back there.

Indeed, all apartments have a bathroom luxuriously furnished with marble basin, bathtub, and a kitchenette with the necessary equipment for the preparation of a simple cooking. Furthermore, the Villa Escudier has a wireless broadband and parking facilities. We also provide breakfast for those who want it. Your stay will be held in the utmost discretion and respect of your privacy.

Reviewed By Børge BBeautiful family run hotel with good vibes and great service. Nice garden breakfast when weather allows. The walk to Roland-Garros took us 5 minutes and the very nice Le Parc Bistro even shorter walk. 5 out of 5 and recommended with no hesitation.
