Reviewed By IanF331Outstanding staff and great facilities conspired to make this a great stay. Nothing was too much trouble for the reception desk which provided a warm welcome. The hotel is well-situated and provided a great breakfast and very comfortable bed. Well-equipped room.

I was expecting this hotel to be quite basic, but actually it was just what I needed at the end of my trip. Much better than most airport hotels that I’m used to. It seems the hotel was not at all full (I asked) but some how they cramped everyone on the first floor. It’s was very noisy & busy corridor the whole night. Secondly, sorry to say but roomservice food was really not good at all. The French fries were terrible & cold and the steak was tasteless & not at all appetizing.

Reviewed By cm4500Great stop if you need to be need Toulouse airport..the staff is truly excellent — helpful, accommodating, cheerful and many of them tri-lingual. Rooms modern and super clean. Shuttle available for everything, and regular to airport. Good restaurant for weary travelers and EXCELLENT breakfast included — yogurts, fresh juices, cheeses, cereals, fruit, the works. Definitely a great Marriott property.

Reviewed By C2014travelIbis Styles Toulouse airport When we checked in we had asked for a quiet room away from lifts and no connecting door. However on check in when we arrived there was lots of banging noises. We asked to change rooms however the room we could have changed into had a howling gale noise from the emergency exit next to it and the noise would have continued all night due to the strong gale force winds so we stayed in the initial allocated room. Helpful check in staff. The reason for the noise was due to the rooms being renovated however we were told that they should stop renovating around 1700. The room did have a separate door going into the room so even though the room had a connecting door we could shut another door into the bedroom. We had to keep the bedside light off as it was like being in a disco when walking on the floor. Our room we were given was NOT one of the renovated rooms. It had a separated toilet room, a sink and shower which certainly could have done with replacement white sealant as in the corners of the shower the sealant was black in the corners. Also there was NO hot water for a shower all night or in the morning. Due to the gales we had to keep the window shutter open as it kept banging in the wind. Breakfast was good - continental breakfast plus hot scrambled egg and bacon. Excellent location if you require a hotel near Toulouse Airport. I did ask the receptionist if the Ibis styles was supposed to be an improvement on the normal Ibis hotels and was told yes however this one certainly was not.

Nice hotel
Reviewed By Q3554PKdavidwMy first time to a Hampton Inn and been a Hilton Honnours Diamond member for over 10 years so was a little excited to see what they are like, called hotel from airport and they sent the bus to pick me up which was nice and also there were 3 other couples waiting at the bus stop, boarded and quick drive to the hotel, check in was nice and friendly A d was given room 243 and went in room, nice and clean and quite modern decor, a stain on the tiles which doesn’t look nice (as soon as you walk in) but besides that was a good size room, went to have dinner and nothing on the me he took my fancy so order in, breakfast was nice and had a good selection and even hash browns were put in oven and not fried so I guess a little healthy…. Only problems were once the door was shut no wifi in the room and always on data roaming which is not good also air conditioning was on and room never got cold and stayed at 27.7oC (81.8pF) and I can’t open window at night as plane noise all night so slept on top of blankets every night. It would of been higher rating of it wasn’t for those 2 items as they are key for anyones stay these days. I did complain and nothing they could do I was told.
