The Gym is in another Hotel, we were a bit disappointed that we had to pay an entrance - this should be included for hotel guests. Overall we had a nice stay, but we expected a bit more from a 4star Hotel.

Fabulous value for money friendly hotel

Definitely a 4 star hotel., nothing too much trouble for Ana or Carmen. Thanks again, you chicas and your staff are fantastic . Everything we needed to do was accommodated to and again, muchos gracias chicas.. You both made our stay easier!! The breakfast buffet was amazing(I'm a breakfast person) and we paid for our Spanish family to eat with us on two occasions and they were also impressed by the authentic buffet food prepared by a great chef. The restaurant staff were just lovely, Santi, Jose, Noella amongst the others work so hard and again, nothing too much trouble and knowledgeable on allergies/ ingredients when we asked for my nephew. ? Entertainment..Nacho was awesome.. We had such a giggle and he made sure we could see the AJ fight.! Quizzes, Aquagym, pilates and just generally a great guy and the bar staff we absolutely fell in love with.. Marina, July and Braian, I do hope to see you guys again, you guys rock. ?. Long review but I am so glad we found this little gem and can't wait to return. Well done guys. Take care and see you next year. ❤️

Hotel in Benicassim, 70 m away from the beach. Hotel Tramontana enjoys a privileged location on Torre Sant Vicent Beach ("Blue Flag for Clean Seas of Europe" and "Q Touristic Quality) on the pleasant promenade and very close to the center of Benicassim and the main leisure and entertainment areas. The main attraction of our house lies in its warmth and the friendly and personalised care we offer our guests. We have a total of 65 rooms (single, double, triple and even quadruple rooms), all equipped with TV, terrace, full bathroom, telephone, air conditioning and heating in winter.
2nd perfect stay
Reviewed By jakel1986Stayed here for the second year in a row for Rototom festival. Hotel is 1 minute from the beach, rooms are spotless and cleaned to a high standard every day. Supermarket less than 5 minutes walk away and town centre 10 minutes. Much less on bikes. Breakfast is good - bread, cheese, meats, cakes, cereal, toast etc. What makes the hotel stand out the most however is the staff, all of them friendly and happy to help and we look forward to seeing them again next year.

Reviewed By RebeccaG425Stayed here for two nights to attend a wedding and wouldn’t come back. The rooms are outdated and it’s a noisy place. We could hear the couple talking and snoring next door. Breakfast was included and was nothing special. There’s an outdoor pool and it’s 3min walking distance to the beach.

Reviewed By TheReviewGuy77This is your standard beach hotel in Spain. Large hotel with many rooms. Rooms are clean and simple. Rooms have a balcony. Elevators are a little slow so you find yourself taking the stairs often. Restaurant was okay but, mainly designed for massive amounts of people.

FIB 2017 Stay For 5 Nights - OK
Reviewed By pauldavi02Upon arrival at hotel we were promptly given our room although we were about an hour earlier than check in time which was handy. The room/hotel is decorated and furnished with IKEA-esque items. There is no wardrobe in the room, only a rail with and Ikea storage hanger. Bathroom is very small, sink is tiny, although not really an issue. The shower tray is also very small and only has a curtain which means the floor gets soaked however careful you are showering, and the aircon manages to blow the curtain against you so the curtain sticks to you when trying to wash. The aircon is very good, manages to keep the room nice and cool. As we were staying during the festival we expected a bit of noise, but it was horrendous, church bells chiming at all hours, blaring karaoke in a bar next door, people shouting inside and outside hotel. I believe the hotel also said breakfast included but every morning when we left there was no sign of any food apart from an ikea jar of cornflakes. Overall the location of the hotel was perfect for the festival, but for around €500 for a 5 night stay, it was not worth half the amount. I will not be returning to the hotel.

Hotel Boutique con Encanto en pleano centro de Benicasim. Muy cerca del recinto de Festivales, 12 minutos caminando a la playa. Rodeado de restaurantes bares y terrazas. Nuevo hotel recien inaugurado en Julio 2018, habitaciones con todas las comodidades, Aire acondicionado, tv pantalla plana, secador de pelo, etc

Reviewed By leos529Arriving in the evening after driving 800 km we where tired and stiff to the bones. Victoria welcomed us as long missed friends with open arms. Our room was beautiful decorated, nothing was missing. We could feel they had put a lot of thought into what guests needs in the room. From the minibar to the bodylotion/shampoo tissue it was all there. The bed was big and very comfortable. Victoria was very helpful finding a restaurant where we could get something to eat in the evening...very delicious food. The next morning Dana served us a very nice breakfast, and a nice detail hot croissants with our coffee. After we picked up our car in the garage Dana sent us on our way as if we were family.....Victoria and Dana are 2 wonderful ladies making this little Hotel something very special, and we will for sure be back again.

Reviewed By Gorgonzola_DK...but the price is also not Ritz Carlton level. I am passing through and need a bed and a bath for one night, and this place fits the bill. The room is small and very basic but everything is clean and in a good state of repair. The bed is comfortable and the free Internet works. The TV is absolutely tiny and with Spanish channels only. Room has AC/heating. Check in was friendly. Lots of restaurants and bars within reach and the beach is only a 15 minute walk away. Are you looking for a cheap place to crash and don’t mind skipping the standard hotel frills, this may be the place for you.

This boutique hotel and its café were just remodeled in 2010 and is located in downtown Benicàssim. You can walk to Spain’s most beautiful beach. The lift of the hotel takes you to all the cozy guest accommodations. Each guest room is air conditioned and features a dreamy queen bed with custom linens and oversized pillows with down duvet. The bath also features a river-rock floor, giant mirror and a refreshing rain shower

There is place for improvement in the service in terms of cleaning and minimum room service. Depending on the room it may be a bit cold in winter. Some big groups are staying in this hotel, therefore it may be noisy. The wifi did not work too well.
