Reviewed By VMMIKEThe food it's not bad. Prices are normal or even cheap, but when it comes to attention or the staff you must be very patient. They are a complete mess. I'll probably give them another try in the middle of the week, but weekends are very hard for them.

Our hostel is located at the entrance of Villahermosa (Ciudad Real) , next to the gas station , in the heart of the Campo de Montiel just 15 kms . Of Ruidera (Laguna Blanca) and near towns with history as Villanueva de los Infantes, Montiel, Torre de Juan Abad or Villamanrique . It has a capacity for 24 people , 9 double rooms and 2 rooms with extra bed matrimanio . All rooms were remodeled in 2010 to improve comfort and quality of our customers and are equipped with digital TV, Wi - fi , heating, air conditioning, shower-bath, mini - bar ... Plus we have a large Parking for cars and trucks , patio and ample multipurpose room. The hostel also has a bar-restaurant where you can enjoy numerous homemade tapas and menu and Charter Day , highlighting dishes like Manchego cuisine Partridges Pickled Gazpacho Manchego , Porridge , Stew ... The Campo de Montiel is an area with a lot of hunting to explode, why Hostal enabled a multipurpose room for pre- and post- conference meetings hunting resources. We also have kennels for the rest of the animals and refrigerated cabinets to store your game on them while staying with us for free .

Reviewed By EnriqueLopezExpositoEs un alojamiento muy bien situado. Las habitaciones son acogedoras, están bien equipadas y muy limpias. La atención es inmejorable. Queda muy cerca de Villanueva de Los Infantes y de Montiel. Lo recomiendo sin dudar.

Reviewed By barryj705Half the staff were friendly whereas I did get irked by the one chap (Barman possibly?) who thought it was funny to gabble at speed in Spanish, I assume what he was saying was derogatory because the young girl staff were highly amused - and this encouraged him more. Not a great way to treat a customer and left a bad taste

Nice little hotel in Campo de Criptana
Reviewed By El-Pescador007My wife and I were looking for an inexpensive hotel where to spend a night in Campo de Criptana. A quick search online showed Ego’s as one of the best choices and since both the price and the location were right we booked it. We were not disappointed at all. Our room was very clean and had a very comfortable bed, which helped us to have a good night sleep. As an added bonus we could see some of the windmills from our room’s balcony. There is also a bar by the hotel entrance where one can enjoy some coffee, wine, beer etc and some tapas. The bar was attended by a young couple (Juanjo and Isabel), both of them very pleasant and fun to talk to. We will definitely return to this hostal next time we visit Campo de Criptana. Recommended.

Reviewed By John LWe were staying at the Parador Hoteland found this restaurant close to the Hotel, behind the petrol station. They seved a menu del dia in the evening with a good choice and which included wine . Just the place when on a budget.
