Reviewed By princessrazMy friend and I really enjoyed our stay in this hostel. The facilities are superb and exactly what we needed for our stay. We chose this hostel because of it's co-working space, the vibe is perfect and the wifi is really fast (their wifi works on all floors and you just have to connect once ??). It has a play area and chill room where you can watch movies or just chill on the couch if you want to take a short break from work. You can also order f&b here. Aside from this, the room is nice and they have a rooftop bar where you can order drinks and chill at night after your work. It's movie night every friday they gave us free popcorn!! <3

Reviewed By ellecram192308We have stayed at Heroes Hotel for 10 days for our mandatory quarantine. It is a tidy, friendly hotel that gives good value for money and the location is excellent! You will find 711 right at the next door and hotel staffs were very nice to accommodate us if we need food or anything at the convenience store since we are not allowed to go out of our room. You have an option to order food to them at an affordable price, and they allow outside food as well which is amazing just in case you want to try variety of food during your stay. They sanitize first any item or delivery package before giving it to you to ensure safety of their guests. The staff always makes me feel welcomed and go out of their way to make sure my needs are filled. Definitely would recommend to others. Thank you for the great services and facilities provided. I am very satisfied.

Open, 24/7, its newly built and one of the biggest hostels in the metro with 111 beds, you can choose from a selection of private rooms, COED 3, 4, 6 and 10s including private female dorms. Our communal spaces have kitchen and pantry areas, dining tables, reading nooks and lounges. Co-working space is provided for those seeking for daily, weekly and monthly work space. Reviewed By tariq246You can find bigger, more extravagant (and more expensive) hostels in Makati, but Junction hostel takes the cake when it comes to friendliness and homey feeling. Very clean, friendly attentive staff, super comfortable beds, and a rad TV room where you can chill and watch your movies. It's secluded and quiet, yet only a few steps away from the busiest area in Makati, all wrapped up in a very competitive price. You just can't go wrong with this place!

The staff are really awesome and very friendly. Ths location is perfect and there is a pay parking downstairs. They offer basic accommodation with everything that we need. What I really liked about this place is how pet-friendly it is. My dogs love the artificial grass at the lobby. Very highly recommended and this will be our home away from home go-to hotel whenever we go to Manila/Makati. Thank you for the excellent service and keep it up

Awesome play to stay in Manila (Visit made in November 2019)
Reviewed By 2405WinniezI was in Makati for holidays in November 2019 (before COVID 19). I had a great time there. I met new people every day. Indeed, the hostel has a lot of social events. They also had a free walking tour around Makati city with an awesome tour guide named Jian. Besides, it is well located. You have many restaurants, malls and else not too far away from the hostel. Furthermore, their staff are awesome, helpful and welcoming.

Reviewed By Carla MThis place is a dump! It’s in Makati’s red district which would’ve been fine if the hostel didn’t exactly reflect the dirtiness and sleeziness of its streets. By the end of our 3 night stay, I was convinced that the place was half hostel-half brothel. We saw the same Filipino women hang around these dirty bean bags at the hostel all day long who frequently talked and flirted with the middle-aged fat black and white men that that were there during the evenings. On the weekend we were there, we came back and saw women dressed in bright tight dresses and ridiculously high heels, looking very out of place, talking to these same guys. The common areas were usually frequented by these people so we avoided them but when they were empty, there was garbage and messes left behind. The washroom and showers were also disgusting. Piss-covered toilets, no toilet paper, hair and garbage in the showers. We asked for a double bed but they only had a room with two singles available at the time, the guy at reception just said we should push the two beds together and then only gave us a single sheet and blanket for our two single beds. This was not a very good first impression. Speaking of reception, the people stationed here don’t seem to care who comes and goes which, as a woman, made me feel very unsafe. If you’re desperate to save a buck, the hostel’s few pros include air conditioning in the rooms and purified water available at no extra cost. The location is also optimal but with the Grab ride sharing app so readily available, you can easily stay somewhere much cleaner and just take a Grab in and out of the city centre. If you’re on a super tight budget, stay here. But even while on a tight budget, I strongly feel that things like cleanliness and safety shouldn’t be sacrificed.

Reviewed By Lea CStayed here for our 3d2n trip at Manila. It was an adventure for us locating the place in Quiapo. Friendly staff, clean and secure hostel, but for the general area, not so much. We just made the most of our stay. I'd stay here again if I was just with my friends, but if you're with your family, just make sure that everyone is comfortable.

Reviewed By jesty12On the time of arrival, we were assisted by not so friendly staff which made us feel uncomfortable. He was outside of the counter and trying to make things fast. While the staff from the counter is accommodating so we prefer to speak to him instead. We travelled as a family and we have a kid who can't eat much and with the very friendly service staff in their restaurant, he made the soup super quick so our kid can eat which we are really grateful. On the time of check-out, we realized that one from us is missing her mobile phone and we immediately tried to ring the phone. However, it was already switched off and we started to feel worried. We asked help from the restaurants team members and they were accommodating. We have requested to view the cctv camera and with a surprise, the mobile phone is inside their office. When I asked who have actually got the phone, they said it was their staff. We are thankful that we have recovered the mobile phone. However, I can't help but to ask, why would someone turned off a mobile phone if they genuinely want to have the owner find it's phone? When all we know is the first thing a person would do when his/her phone starts missing is to call it and find out where it was? Be mindful of your belongings and I must say, eventhough there are good staff, it is sad that not everyone is genuine. There will be no peace of mind at all... It is just a bit disappointing though... Hope you will have more caring staff to grow in such nice place.

Crew are kind, room is clean, you can see the cleanliness of the room as per photo they've post on there site, got only one parking space but got it on an early reservation. Area may a bit far from the main city, but you can feel the ambience of local recidence of Manila...
