Overall positive hostel experience. They do charge to rent a towel. There was a lot of noise outside my room but it is what it is it happens sometimes. I would stay again next time I’m in town. It is in a great location in the town center and the staff was friendly.

Safed Inn

Nice place and great hospitality

Reviewed By yregev100

My wife and me spent 2 nights weekend at Safed Inn on June 2020. We enjoyed very much the warm hospitality and the long conversations with Ricki and Dubi. They are both very knowledgeable in many areas and the conversations were very interesting. Our room was very clean and so was the bathroom and Jacuzzi. The breakfast was superb, most of it was home made - variety of breads, cheese, jams, olives, special herb tea etc... Very tasty. It was lovely served by Hooda who is a platter master and a chef. There is a lot to see around, if you're not sure, ask Ricki or Dubi and you are all set. We intend to visit Safed Inn again, this time with our kids.

Lovely, cozy guest house

The decoration of the hostel was probably what impressed me most- very classy and taken care of! The dorm was quite different from most hostel dorms - there were no bunk beds but single beds lined up in the room. I was so happy about that! The location was also very central.

Great location, good environment!

Reviewed By Sharonibaloni

Great location! Family rooms are good and comfortable. The beds were comfy. The pool is very nice but not enough shadows and this is an extremely hot area. The beach area is nice with cute places to sit and just hang out. There are also sup you can rent. The kids had a great time. The breakfast was ok. It would have been nice if there were more places to sit to eat the breakfast, I personally ate it in my room because we couldn’t find a place to eat. there was not enough cleaning in the public areas.

Outrageous meal

Reviewed By donnyw74

I just got to the long awaited stay at the hostel and was greeted with unfriendliness from servers at the meal and a disgusting meal. My first price of rice had a live ant on it, then after I tried eating the rice I almost spit it out, it wasn’t rice. The table I was eating at was smothered in dead and alive insects. The salt shaker had dirt in it. The pepper had hair in it. My schnitzel was hard as a rock and I found a bone in it. I haven’t had a chance to see my rooms but my stay is not going to be redeemed easily.

Excellent Guest House

We stayed two nights at Miriam Guest House. The owner, Amal offered warm hospitality. The room, the kitchen and the family room are very spacious, well equipped and very clean. It is an old but very well renovated house, on a steep narrow road. Driving through and parking needs rather good driving Skiles. Amal may advise you if you may park on premises and even park the car for you.
