during dinner we felt like nobody was paying attention to us. starters and mains had more than 25 minutes diference .- the floor staff where very rude and indiferencial...talking about their personal life very loudly and laughing. they comunicate with the kitchen via walkie talkin and you can listen all their loud conversations on it...very bad...- The music is always the same."joaquin sabina". breakfast,dinner and lunch....no wonder staff look so unhappy if the have to hear the same music all day.- only one man dressed all in white came and offered omlettes and coffe one of the breakfasts we had and was very kind. if it wasnt for him we did not even know we had the otion of having that. first breakfast nobody even cared we were there at all and not even came to the table at any time not even to clean the table next door. only talkin between the 2 behind the bar.- i cant believe a hotel like this has this staff... maybe they are family of the owner or something like that. beacause if not its not normal at all ! but once again..here in ibiza staff is not good at all so im glad i meet the massage people at the hotel beacuse they were the best !First of all I would like to say thank you for taking time to write this review about your experience with us. Reviews like yours give us the opportunity to know our clients see and in this way learn and improve.I am very sorry beacuse your experience was not satisfactory, and I regret much more that it was the result of the service we offered . One of the great assets that this company has is the quality of the service offered, the care of the customer, the attention to detail, personal attention and flexibility, these are some of our hallmarks, this is why from my position, I guarantee that we will do everything so that this does not happen again, we have met with the area manager to implement improvements in the room protocol.We hope that you can visit us again to check these changes, and give you authentic proofs that Atzaró listens our clients.Regards, Ricardo Amenar

We both enjoyed our meals. I am a vegan so it was nice for me to have such an extensive array of options on the menu. The staff were very friendly, accommodating to my specific needs. The countryside views and beautiful trees and scenery surrounding made it such a special night that we wonât forgetFrom a vegans point of view, I could not fault the food. I guess that the food is OK if you like Thai food. There are better Thai restaurants on the island .Hi,Mant thanks for the time tou have taken to review us. We appreciate that you say that our food "is OK", but we don´t understand that you mention about other Thai Restaurants when you implicitly accept when you "guess" that you are not a Thai food expert.It would have been helpful for all the other users if you could have detailed what did you eat. Loved this place - really great vibe. Visited on a Sunday when the market was on. Didn't eat but have a look round the store and highly recommend the homemade lemonade and smoothies. There was also a lady with a typewriter who would make up a poem on the spot if you gave her three words! Kids loved it and the whole visit gave us a fantastic memory of Ibiza.Thanks a lot :-) Hope to see you soon again

We had an excellent meal here with 3 adults and a 9 year old. One of our party is a real pizza connoisseur and swears the Calzone he had was the best thing heâs ever eaten (heâs been back twice this week for more).The staff were really friendly and attentive, a rare commodity in Europe.

Walked past yesterday and saw it for the first time. Only opened this month next to the new "W" hotel. An intriguing layout that allows everyone spectacular views of the sea from the comfortable staggered outside seating arrangements. The only minor problem is that it has all been designed by a designer who didn't have the problems encountered by our friendly waiter as the tables were too small for both food & drinks at the same timeA really healthy organic option, all our dishes were excellent. What an absolute gem this place is! Gorgeous, romantic, fairy-lit courtyard serving outstanding food and delicious cocktails and very reasonably priced for Ibiza.The bill for 2 of us was just 105 euros and we had a starter (the octopus and sea bass ceviche which was a special and was outstanding), 2 bao buns (pork and prawn which were absolutely out of this world), a main each (salmon ceviche and beef stew which were both delicious), a bottle of red wine and a cocktail each!We will be back! Highly recommended :)

The food is quite decent, and the location couldn't be much better. The issue is that the service, which used to be quite good, has gone downhill lately, as the whole staff has changed, and now they are loud and openly ignore customers. I've been going there since they opened, but I'm gonna stop, as the bad service is clearly a trend now.
