Das Weingut Kronz bietet von Ostern bis August immer sonntags eine StrauÃwirtschaft an, in der nicht nur der sehr gute Wein, sondern auch selbst gekochte, regionale Gerichte probiert werden können. Beim Wein reicht die Palette von Riesling über Rivaner bis zu Grau-, Weiss- und Spätburgunder. Die Gerichte sind zum Beispiel Flammkuchen, Salate oder Wildbratwürstchen.Man sitzt sehr schön im sonnigen Innenhof mit Blick auf die Weinberge oder in der Winzerstube. Die Atmosphäre ist immer herzlich, oft nehmen sich der Senior und der Junior Zeit für einen kleinen Plausch mit den Gästen.Besondere Highlights sind im August die traditionelle "Beach-Party", die das Saisonende markiert, mit groÃem Grill- und Salatbuffet sowie das Wintergrillen kurz vor Weihnachten mit Weihnachtsbaumverkauf und Winzerglühwein.

Das Kenner Wirtshaus wurde seit unserem letzten Besuch innen und auÃen sehr schön im modernen Look renoviert. Der Service und die Küche sind gleichbleibend sehr gut. Sehr zu empfehlen sind die Rindersteaks, ob mit Pilzen und Linguine oder mit Kräuterbutter und Pommes. Einfach super!

We popped in to this wonderful, family-run restaurant to taste some wine. So glad we did, we bought a few bottles even and enjoyed a drink in the courtyard. The medieval style of the castle is really wonderful, and I'd go back for more wine any time!

The old ferry tower is the landmark of Schweich, a very picturesque dining venue by the river. It is worth for the river views, and location, but I wouldn't recommend it for the food. While not bad, it is unreasonably priced. Rather stop for a beer on the terrace, and go to eat in the city, which is very close, and has several good value restaurants, or even budget eateries like kebab sellers and bakeries.

We were a group of 20 in Longuich for a weekend. Our final evening meal was at the Hotel zur Linde and we were well looked after by attentive staff serving great food and wine.

Ich war letzte Woche mit Familie zum ersten Mal in diesem Restaurant.Wir saÃen gegen Abend auf der Terrasse mit einem fantastischen Blick auf die Mosel und Umgebung.Meinen Salat "Gourmetteller" bekam ich leider erst,als alle anderen ihre Mahlzeit schon fast beendet hatten.Für einen Gourmetteller war dieser Salat auch nicht gedacht,denn er bestand aus grünem Salat,Möhrchenscheiben und Bohnen aus dem Glas,sowie Putengeschnetzeltem.Nur auf ein Glas Wein würde ich wieder dort einkehren,vom Essen war ich sehr enttäuscht.

The title says it all. Not the standard German menu here but al limited number of nice things, fresh tasty side salad, wonderfull tasting wild pig on my plate. Great, friendly service. Lot of locals eat here, also a good sign. Fine dinner for a low price.

⦠war unser Besuch, ohne Reservierung bekamen wir von einem netten Service sehr freundlich einen Tisch für 2 Personen zugewiesen. Man sollte jedoch etwas Zeit mitbringen, es dauert eine Weile bis die Gerichte auf den Tisch kommen. Die Speisen sind von sehr guter Qualität und groÃe Portionen. Vorspeise Bruschetta mit Tomaten - Antipasti Vegetarier und als Hauptgang Spaghetti Marina - Scampi vom Grill, alles Frisch zubereitet (Heià am Tisch) sehr, sehr lecker. Gute Italienische Weinauswahl. Zum Abschluss einen Espresso (Perfekt). Gerne Wieder .... auch mit Freunden oder Bekannten
