Wir waren hier zum Frühstücksbuffet. Das Ambiente ist so lala, es ist etwas laut und obwohl man sieht, dass jemand sich bei der Einrichtung Mühe gegeben hat, durchschnittlich eingerichtet. Mit dem Ambiente komm ich zurecht, mit der Qualität des Frühstücks eher nicht. Es ist sehr fein hergerichtet, aber es gibt Aufbackbrötchen und Wurst von nach meinem Empfinden minderer Qualität. Die Salami hatte einen ranzigen Nachgeschmack, bei der Geflügelwurst habe ich schon bald auf Knorpel gebissen. Die Leberwurst schmeckte mir überhaupt nicht. Käse ist ok, ebenso Rührei, Kaffee. Ich habe mein Frühstück frühzeitig beendet, weil ich irgendwann nichts mehr davon essen konnte. Mein Tipp: Klasse statt Masse. Das Frühstücksbuffet war viel zu umfangreich für die Anzahl der Gäste.

While vacationing from Vancouver, visiting relatives in Wilhelmshaven for a week, my brother & his wife took my husband and I to " Der Spieker " for a special dinner after visiting the delightful village of Bad Zwischenahn. We loved this beautiful rustic and historic Bauernhaus Restaurant very much. It had a wonderful atmosphere and ambience during our meal. My husband does not speak German and while I was trying to translate, our very friendly waitress handed him a menu in English. She was dressed in the traditional costume of the Ammerlaender area we were told. The food was all very delicious especially my dinner of Bratherring & Crispy Fried Potatoes. My brother had the Suelze with Fried Potatoes which he orders every time he comes to this Restaurant. My husband's favourite beer is Erdinger Weissbier and was quite happy to see it on the menu as well as the "Weber Spezial" which he enjoyed! We will definitely come back next time we are in Wilhelmshaven! I would recommend this Restaurant highly for anyone visiting the beautiful village at the Lake.

We âdiscoveredâ this restaurant during our stay in this area in may last year and it was on top of our list to go back there for dinner this year.We visited twice this week and werenât disappointed at all. Good food, good atmosphere, friendly staff. If we ever come back to this area we will surely be back for dinner here again!

I was in the restaurant to try out "dry age beef" and I choose rib eye. It was very tender and tasty. I need to say my experience with this restaurant says I will be back for more good experience. I can recommend it. And good prices.

Das Gasthaus und das Hotel ist das Gründerhaus von der Block House Kette.Das Essen,die Steaks und Fischgerichte sind klasse zubereitet und die Zimmern sind groà und modern eingerichtet.Preislich ist das Restaurant den Block House Preisen angeglichen was vollkommen gerechtfertigt ist und Hotel Preise sind voll und ganz gerechtfertigt.

Im Schützenhof in Sedelsberg im schönen Saterland kann hervorragend essen . Sehr leckere Gerichte die der Chef Joachim T. Persönlich zubereitet Gut Bürgerliche Küche aber auch international. Joachim T. war vor Jahren schon einmal in Amerika tätig und hat auch genug Erfahrung wieder mitgebracht. Montags ist immer Schnitzeltag tolle Sonderangebote. Im groÃen Saal sind laufend Feierlichkeiten, Hochzeiten , Geburtstagsfeiern usw.

Freundlicher Service im bürgerlichen Ambiente. Alles wirkt sehr gepflegt. Das Essen war sehr gut und hat einen sehr frischen Geschmack gehabt. Die Preise sind fair und nicht teuer. Die Chefin an der Theke freundlich und dynamisch. Mir hat es sehr gut gefallen. Zu erwähnen die kostenlosen Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür.
