Top 10 Condos in Paris, France

April 25, 2023 Chanda Heide

Paris, inspiring and timeless, is as beautiful as a postcard. Spiraling out from its central islands, its many neighborhoods each have their own character and energy. And the best way to discover their charms is on foot, whether you're strolling the bustling grandeur of the Champs-Elysées or seeking out the final resting place of a favorite figure at Père Lachaise. There's always a café or bakery a few steps away to restore spirits while you explore, or a gorgeously decorated shop window to remind you of this city's love of beauty. Every so often, as you lose yourself down another small street, you’ll glimpse the Eiffel Tower and be instantly reminded why it's so easy to fall in love with the City of Lights.

We had a great stay here at the Residence and Spa Le Prince Regent. We stayed in a one bedroom suite with two teenagers and there was ample space for us all. The room was decorated really well and the bathroom was of high quality. It's in a perfect location on a quiet street but surrounded by many cafes and restaurants. I have a real aversion to noisy hotels and I cannot tell you how quiet the room was - it was pretty silent, no banging doors, loud music or revving cars. The breakfast which came to our room at exactly the time we requested was hot and fresh. It's a short walk to both Odeon and Luxembourg Metro and you can be at Notre Dam in 10 minutes by foot. In short I struggle to find anything to complain about and would stay there again in a shot. A big shout out to Cristina on reception too, who was wonderful and so accommodating. Thank you

Totally recommended - thank you Ines!

Fabulous! First time in Paris as a family with two young children and the friendly team at this hotel really made it a pleasure. Thank you especially to Ines at the front desk for answering all our questions with a smile! This is a lovely safe area, plenty of shops and places to eat, easy to walk or get the metro/bus/taxi to be more central. A little park across the street good for letting little ones burn off energy before bed time!

Long Weekend in Paris

Reviewed By Climber822043

The hotel is easy to reach from Gard de Nord train station being only 6 stops on Metro Line 2 and then a 5 minute walk. However its half way down a small road which is easy to miss in the dark so pay attention. The rooms are based either side of a central passageway and on either the ground or first floor, accessed by stairs, no lifts. I was on the first floor and this was not a problem for me but might be for others. I had a Standard Double Studio which has the bedroom partially separate from the small kitchenette and shower room / toilet. The room was quiet and, although small, normal for Paris. Everything was provided as expected including a nice coffee machine but only 1 coffee capsule and 2 tea bags, as I was there for 4 nights I bought more from the local supermarket. The room was quiet during my stay and neither too hot nor cold. The only negative point I would make is although this was a 'Double' the bed was pushed up against the wall meaning that a second person would have to get out of bed by climbing over the other person or via the end of the bed, fortunately I was on my own but maybe a question to ask booking. Overall the hotel and room met by expectations and I would stay there again,

Residhome Rosa Parks

Incredible value, near station, near supermarket, better than expected

Reviewed By alphasilk

Reading reviews left me a little apprehensive. I have stayed at other Residhomes in Paris and the more central ones were very expensive when I planned this stay so at under €75 per night I wondered what I would get. Easy to find. Easy for a taxi to stop. Very welcoming helpful reception. Lift and corridors fine. Never used the gym. Room spacious with good sized bathroom and reasonable shower and towels etc. Good sized bedroom with kitchenette with microwave fridge dish washer and enough cutlery and pans but no coffee machine. Small critique that double beds as requested are two singles. RER station one north if Gare du Nord is 75m away. Two great supermarkets are 50m away. They have a separate car park that I did not try. Uber to centre cost normally €12-15. If one does want sheets and towels changed every day or the room cleaned more than once a week they can arrange and one pays a small supplement. On the ground floor they have a big self service launderette and easy to use rubbish disposal area. They do offer breakfast but I never tried that as doing my own was so easy. Nearby restaurants are many but for something really good a 10 minute walk to the the Quai du Seine is worthwhile and whilst there are then many options I would strongly recommend La Bastringue. The area does not feel unsafe but I would suggest caution late at night and being streetwise. For a great value visit this is an ideal option.

I was meant to stay here in march 2020, but for obvious reasons, I was unable to. We were told we would receive a refund, however 16 months down the line this has not happened. There has been constant back and forths, however many of the times I was ignored when asking for an update on my refund. If anyone has any suggestions to move this along, or even finish this process, I would highly appreciate it!

Disappointing

Reviewed By hansa2020

we arrived at this hotel today and are currently staying here. unfortunately, our room was very cold and when we informed the receptionist , they brought us a heater, which also stopped working after 5 minutes. we wanted to change our room, but they said no, and if you want, you can pay more to give you a big room that is warm, and when i wanted to talk to the manager, they said he was not. i am really sorry that i chose this hotel.
