Extremely Dangerous, Horrifying Environment for Two Young Women
Reviewed By 228gracezMy co-worker and I stayed at the Ann Arbor extended stay for a week in September. For context, we are two young women in our twenties employed by Google, visiting for a work trip. We were quiet, respectful, and commuted to work every day- so for the most part, we were away. We kept to ourselves and did not interact with the other guests. MUCH to our shock and horror, two of the front desk workers (Sarah and Dina) blatantly: (A) Referred to us as prostitutes and threatened to call the police due to “inappropriate clothing” (we were heading out for dinner, fully clothed in a tank top and jeans) (B) Made us feel extremely unsafe and uncomfortable when we suspected people had been watching us and recording our hotel room number These two women were rarely actually at the front desk; when we’d exit and enter the building, there would often be nobody manning the extended stay entrance. Sarah and Dina aside, the actual extended stay was unkempt when we got there (ex: there was a used razor laying in the bathroom when we checked in). Needless to say, my roommate and I will not be staying at the Ann Arbor extended stay again- the entire experience honestly left us mortified.

Reviewed By slimem2022This hotel is my home away from home. Me and my family have stayed here for quite a while. Noah by far needs a raise. He does his very best and is good at it! He's so helpful along with the other staff. I couldn't be more pleased with there services! I as well have children that they adore so much! More so family we love you guys!

Pleasantly surprised

With my stay so far, I have been very satisfied. I did not expect to be this pleased with my stay here at the townplace suites. They are doing a wonderful job with a clean hotel in these less then perfect times.

The balcony overlooked the river and was a terrific place to enjoy a glass of wine. It appeared that no stone was left unturned in the design and decoration of the suite. The location was perfect and walking distance from everything. The owners were awesome and always available. In fact, on our last night, they invited us into their home ( the building adjoining the suites ) for wine and excellent conversation. Needless to say, we will be returning. The suite was truly a "home away from home".

We are located in the center of the downtown area. All of our units offer full size kitchens and there is an outdoor grill and eating area. We are children and pet friendly.

Reviewed By 810donnapGREAT location, comfy pillows, and excellent hostess! We stayed for three nights in the Honeymoon Suite and were so happy to find this hidden gem. Jessica is so welcoming and took extra care to accommodate cleaning for our allergies. We are already planning our next visit!

Reviewed By bethbY6168BGThis was my sixth time staying at a condo at Trout Creek. I must say our other stays have been very pleasant. However, our last stay was not so pleasant. The condo we stayed at was outdated, dusty, and unsafe. The furniture was worn and smelled gross. The deck off the back did not have stairs and the step off was a good foot and a half. This was defiantly a safety hazard, I am not sure how this was up to code. The deck was also rotted in many areas as I almost fell through. The pools did not seem to be cleaned, and my entire family caught some sort of upper respiratory infection. The indoor spa water was green and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. Considering I spent over 2,000 for this week long vaycay, I was disappointed, with the overall cleanliness of the condo and amenities. We will never go back to Condo 100.

Reviewed By Laurie MHello! We stayed in Downtown Harbor Suite #3 from May 16 to the 19th. So very clean and beautiful! Very roomy. We love the Harbor View and watching boats and people come and go. We were so impressed with everything. Thankyou for such a wonderful time and cozy place to stay. We are pleased!!!!

Lovely quiet "off season" lodging
Reviewed By Kespecial7Visited in early Nov- area was very quiet. Fletchy's was clean and comfortable- a classic older motel. Shower quite small, but fine- everything was generally well kept up. Great view of the harbor and nice beach and nice base for exploring the area.
